The New Saints 3-1 Caernarfon Town: Saints were presented with the Welsh Premier League trophy following victory over Caernarfon Town at Park Hall. Greg Draper scored his 35th goal of the season to restore the home side's lead with 12 minutes remaining and Byrne scored his second three minutes later to seal the win.

Cardiff Met 1-0 Aberystwyth Town: Adam Roscrow's flick on from Kyle McCarthy's cross took a deflection off Declan Walker as Cardiff Met beat rivals Aberystwyth to seal seventh spot and a place in the Europa League play-offs.

Cefn Druids 0-1 Carmarthen Town: Liam Thomas' late penalty secured Carmarthen's win at The Rock.
