Brighton ended their Women's Super League campaign with just their fourth win of the season, beating defeated FA Cup finalists West Ham.

Ini Umotong almost put Brighton ahead early on before Kayleigh Green smashed home their opener from close range.

Megan Connolly doubled the lead as her shot from 20 yards squirmed past Anna Moorhouse in the West Ham goal.

Amanda Nilden got the third with a calm finish after being played in by Green before Ellie Brazil's late fourth.

Brighton ended the season in ninth place, while the Hammers finish their first WSL campaign in seventh.

The match was the final game for West Ham's former England player Claire Rafferty and Dutch midfielder Lucienne Reichardt - who captained the side - having both announced their retirement from playing football.
