Sun Yang breaks 1500m world record

Sun Yang breaks the oldest world record in swimming after beating Grant Hackett's mark for the 1500m by clocking 14.34.14 to win at the world championships in Shanghai.

The 19-year-old Chinese swimmer produces a lung-busting sprint finish to delight the home fans and break a record that survived the hi-tech swimming suit era and stood since 2001.
