Grosjean criticised after crash

Lotus driver Romain Grosjean is at the centre of controversy again as he causes a first-corner accident in Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix.

The Frenchman put Red Bull's Mark Webber into a spin on the first lap, and received a 10-second stop-and-go penalty from the stewards.

It was Grosjean's eighth first-lap incident this season, and comes only a month after he was banned from the Italian Grand Prix after causing a first-corner pile-up in Belgium last month.
