Indian GP: Williams fined for second time after wheel nut failure

Williams have been fined £51,000 after a wheel came off Pastor Maldonado's car during Friday's second free practice at the Indian Grand Prix.
Maldonado was forced to pull off the circuit after his right-front wheel shed a nut, leading to a puncture.
It came after the team were involved in a similar incident at the Japanese Grand Prix a fortnight ago.
Williams were then fined 60,000 Euros and made improvements to the wheel retaining system.
A FIA statement read: "The stewards decide that a fine of 60,000 Euros is the most appropriate penalty in this case taking into account that this was the second offence, but on this occasion the wheel was retained."
Championship leader Sebastian Vettel headed team-mate Mark Webber as Red Bull took a dominant one-two in practice.
