you'll need to attend a race live in monaco to appreciate the spectacle.
How come Palmer, failed F1driver, is being promoted (and paid for by the U.K. tax payer) as the fountain of all wisdom and knowledge on all things F1?
Erudite and to the point. 463 nails it. Nope, it's not the tyres, it's not the drivers, it's not the cars. It's Monte Carlo; BORING.
anyone who knows better about racing than verstappen would be in f1 right now.
A terrible circuit, a terrible race, no fun or excitement at all and has been for many a year, it's a jolly up for all those associated with F1, apart from the fans and is a waste of time, I never watch it. Its outdated and as soon as its off the F1 calendar the better. Boring boring boring.
Probably been bored off over the last few hours. Yawn.
459...Hardly surprising considering...
Alonso: that race was really boring. But Hamilton takes all the flack on HYS.Strange that eh?
Wow how quiet it appears to have gone.Is there anyone out there worth talking to???
Continued from 457...From that follows the difficulty in passing absolute judgment without total knowledge. Obviously, real life practicalities render this ideal nigh impossible, but the philosophy behind it is where I start my thinking, and work out compromises from that point. It works for me, as other schools of thought work for others.A little deep, but your question deserved a full answer
456...Actually, I don't think it is nit picking. I'm a firm believer in the freedom, autonomy and responsibility of the individual. From that follows the importance of judging each person on his or her individual merits and demerits, and also each situation on the context and circumstances surrounding that situation. While rules have to be general, interpretation should strive to be specific.
454. Posted by Dave Bentonwell OK to make it more like the LH Monaco abuse, they would all have to playing the same music at the same volume, all equal distance within reason away, the fact your nit picking when you quite well know the point being made is silly
That wasn't a race it was a procession, if you are in pole position it almost impossible for any one to pass you, they should have put a sign up, no overtaking.
Continued from 453...That's simply ignorant and at times bigoted. Your example...it would seem off, but mitigating circumstances may explain more than the obvious, if the person addressed appeared to be the alpha of the group...if the person addressed was physically nearer...if he was the person actually in possession of the device playing the noise. One size rarely fits all. Nuance is key.
451...Character limitations are a pain.Text wise I hasten to add! 😃But unless anyone explicitly tells people, on this media the poster's colour is unknown. I like that. It's how I treat people in real life, as ML King said...."...not by the colour of their skin, but by the content of their character." But people make assumptions based on no real evidence here, and that pisses me off.
450. Posted by Forza FerrariYou could be right about the tyres, it seemed to have effected many drivers who weren't happy, fair play if you support a team, I just support any Brits (yes he is) that said i acknowledge that many non Brits on the grid are great drivers also, and have the same right to their opinion as any British drivers have, more so if its the same opinion
449. just to add its just assuming those posting such things are a different race to LH, character limitations prevented me from acknowledging that in the original post
