BBC Sport - Ballinderry have strength in depth for Ulster final

Ballinderry have strong team for final

A punishing fitness regime is paying off for the footballers of Ballinderry and they are one game away from bringing Ulster Championship glory to the parish for the first time since in 12 years.

The Derry champions take on Donegal title holders Glenswilly in the 2013 provincial final which takes place at Healy Park in Omagh on Sunday, 1 December.

"Our lads have always had talent, and now they have the strength and conditioning to go with it," said the team's goalkeeper Michael Conlon.

Coverage of the final is on BBC Radio Ulster medium wave from Sunday from 14:30 GMT.
