Former Cavan boss and well-known media pundit Martin McHugh has taken over as manager of the college team that his two sons play for in Sligo.
McHugh, who won the All-Ireland Championship as a player with Donegal, has been appointed for a second spell with the IT Sligo Sigerson Cup side.
The Kilcar man guided them to their first Sigerson Cup success in 2002.
McHugh's sons Mark and Ryan are both students at IT Sligo.
Ryan was part of the Donegal team which reached this year's All-Ireland football final.
Mark played in the Donegal side which won the Sam Maguire in 2012 but took a break from intercounty football during the 2014 campaign.
"I have always had a deep interest in colleges football," said Martin.
"I want to help IT Sligo continue its prominence as a centre for Gaelic games in the north west."
