Great Britain and Ireland won the amateurs' Walker Cup for the first time since 2003 with a 14-12 victory over USA at Royal Aberdeen.
Nigel Edwards's side led 7-5 going into the final day and won three of Sunday's four morning foursomes matches.
Despite needing three points to secure the title, the home side endured a nervy final singles session before winning with three matches still out.
Northern Ireland's Paul Cutler was the star with 3.5 points out of four.
