Colsaerts on 'indescribable' debut

Belgium's Nicolas Colsaerts sums up as "indescribable" a Ryder Cup debut in which he shot the lowest ever round by a rookie to win Europe's only point in the afternoon fourballs.

The 29-year-old made eight birdies and one eagle in his round and describes how he kept his "focus intense" when rolling home a crucial 20 foot on the 17th green.

Partner Lee Westwood describes the round as "a pleasure to watch" whilst noting the importance of winning a point at that stage of the match.

Europe trail the United States five point to three after the opening day's play, with a further eight points on offer on Saturday before Sunday's 12 singles matches decide the outcome of the Ryder Cup.
