Colin Montgomerie, three times a US Open runner-up, could not find his first-round form when he shot a 69, and carded a final day, six-over par 76.
Kingsfield's Stephen Gallacher and amateur Bradley Neil missed the cut.
That was set at five over, but Gallacher shot 78 and 72 in his two rounds in Washington, while Blairgowrie's Neil, the 2014 British Amateur champion, was one shot better off with rounds of 76 and 73.
Neil makes his professional debut at Spey Valley this week at the SSE Scottish Hydro Challenge.
Gunn, who moved to the United States in 2007 to further his career, was level par on Saturday and Sunday, those rounds of 70 following a 72 and 73 in the first two days.
And while Spieth followed his opening day 68 with a 67, 71 and 69 to lift the trophy, Warren's eye-catching 68 on Thursday was his best of the tournament as he hit subsequent rounds of 74, 72 and 71.
Montgomerie finished tied for 64th place on 13 over par.
