@37 Big Mac on7 hours agoNot unlike snooker, darts and chess, golf is a game. Not a sport.-------If you think that then why are you wasting your time and everyone else's on a golf HYS?
As so many have said, stop the negative comments. This guy is such a great role model for perseverance and hard work not just for golf, not just for sport but in any walk of life. Now let's bring the cup home in France.Ole, ole, ole, ole....
I am fed up at reading so many negative comments. Justin has worked so hard improved all aspects of his game especially his putting and fully deserves this achievement Lets enjoy the fact he is the best golfer in the world and brag to the Yanks we have the world no 1 and bring home the RC
EXACTLY No. 35 39 & 40 you took the words right out of my mouth. Many congratulations Justin very well deserved
Really likable guy and a world class player. anyone who misses 21 cuts and then becomes world number 1 is the complete opposite of a bottler. Take it from someone who thinned a bunker shot miles OB the other day
6. Posted by The Judge on11 hours agoHis Dad would have been so proud. Not only that, but if he learnt from him, just how good was his dad??We all take them for granted, but when Justin won the US Open & looked up to the skies, It brought a huge tear to my eyes.. & still does;-);-)
A great achievement and he seems like a really decent fella. It will be interesting to see if he can maintain the form and focus that got him to where he is....there's been a few recent number 1s who seem to have taken the foot off the pedal a little bit once they got there....

@13 moyes : Takes one to know one as they say ! Planker !
Number 31 how did rose bottle it exactly his putt lipped out of the hole .You obviously no nothing about the game ,so don’t bother talking about it again.
Rose has won four titles and been runner up 3 times in his last 7 events good maths.
Rose really reminds me of a good friend of mine who passed away a in 2011. I'm sure that contributes to why i like him so much but a lot of it is probably just him seeming like a really decent guy. Can't believe he had 21 missed cuts when he first went pro, takes some guts to get past that, good on him.
