Beeston Hockey Club have won the Premier League title with a 2-1 victory over East Grinstead in the Premier Division Championship finals.
Stephen Lawrence and Ben Arnold scored the goals to secure Beeston's first ever league title success.
Manager Graham Griffiths said: "It has been a long time coming but we are Premier League champions, just like Man Utd are trying to achieve this season.
"We have still got the cup final to come to try and win the double."
Beeston lost in last year's final on penalty flicks to the same opposition, despite leading 4-1 with only 10 minutes to go.
"It has been a fantastic weekend. We've taken the league championship on Saturday but we're also not just a team but a club," added Griffiths.
"The second team went back to Cannock on Sunday and they beat Southgate 3-2 to win the second team cup final.
"The Under-16s and Under-18s have been in Canterbury all weekend and both of those came back as national champions, so we actually lifted four championships in a weekend."
