Argentina completed a brace of wins over Ireland with a convincing 4-1 success in Dublin on Sunday.
John Jermyn gave Ireland the lead but goals from Pedro Ibarra (2), Tomas Innocente and Ignacio Bergner ensured victory for the South Americans.
Argentina won the first match between the sides 3-2 on Saturday, Lucas Vila scoring an impressive hat-trick.
The series provided Ireland with their final warm-up games before the European Nations Cup in Germany.
On Saturday, Vila gave the visitors a 2-0 lead at half-time in the Belfield clash and he added a third after 41 minutes.
Ireland clawed their way back into the game with goals from Eugene Magee and David Ames in the last quarter.
