Secret Gesture headlines a competitive field of 11 fillies for the Oaks at Epsom, with the three-year-old a 5/2 favourite for Friday's race.

The horse, daughter of former Epsom Derby winner Galileo, rose to prominence with a 10-length victory in the Oaks Trial at Lingfield on 11 May.

Qatar Racing this week bought a half-share in the Ralph Beckett-trained horse but Jim Crowley retains the ride.

Aiden O'Brien's Moth, third in the 1000 Guineas, is second favourite at 3/1.

Sir Michael Stoute's Liber Nauticus, winner of the Musidora Stakes at York on 15 May, is 4/1.

While Beckett won the mile-and-a-half Classic in 2008 with shock 33/1 victor Look Here and four-time winner O'Brien trained last year's winner Was, Stoute has not won the Oaks since 1987.

Beckett and O'Brien also have longer shots in the race with Talent and Say respectively, though O'Brien's third horse - Snow Queen - was forced to withdraw.

Hughie Morrison's unbeaten filly Banoffee was supplemented to the field at a cost of £30,000 on day one of the Derby meeting.

Banoffee impressed when winning the Cheshire Oaks at Chester under six-time champion jockey Kieren Fallon and is an 8-1 chance.

Michael Bell has kept in his pair The Lark and Madame Defarge, while Miss You Too, Gertrude Versed and Roz complete the line-up.
