Amateur jockey Tom Weston has been released from hospital after puncturing both lungs in a fall at the Cheltenham Festival last Thursday.
Weston, 28, was airlifted to Bristol's Southmead Hospital and spent time in intensive care following the fall from Benbane Head in the Kim Muir Chase.
The experienced rider will continue his recovery at home.
Two years ago, fellow amateur JT McNamara was paralysed after a fall in the same race.
