Victoria Pendleton was unhurt after falling from her mount Working Title in the novice riders' point-to-point event at Barbury Castle on Sunday.
The double Olympic cycling champion was unseated five fences from the end of the race near Swindon.
"She is fine, 100%. There is not a bother on her," Pendleton's spokesman said following the race.
Pendleton, 35, is aiming to ride in the Foxhunter Chase on Gold Cup day at next month's Cheltenham Festival.
The 2008 sprint and 2012 keirin gold medal winner, who now rides as an amateur jockey, finished fourth on According To Sarah in the 11-runner Ladies' Open at Cottenham point-to-point in Cambridgeshire on Saturday.
Pendleton is next scheduled to race at Fakenham on Friday.
