Manchester Phoenix bounced back from their first defeat of the season to beat Swindon Wildcats 3-2.

On Saturday, despite goals from Tom Duggan and Ben Wood they went down 5-2 away to Milton Keynes.

They recovered on Sunday with two goals from Martin Cingel and one from Jaroslav Spelda in the Swindon win.

"Swindon are a tricky side to break down, but we knew that if we stuck to our game, the chances would come," said player-coach Tony Hand.
