Nottingham Panthers coast to win over Braehead Clan

Nottingham Panthers crushed Braehead Clan 8-3 on Wednesday to net a sixth consecutive win in all competitions.
Panthers came from behind to lead the Elite League fixture 2-1 at the end of the first break before easing home.
David Clarke, Jordan Fox both scored doubles and Rob Lachowicz, Stevie Lee, Brandon Benedict and David-Alexandre Beauregard were also on target.
"We started slow but we really kicked into gear in the second," captain Danny Meyers told BBC Radio Nottingham.
"It was a just a very good performance that carried over from Sunday's good performance at Sheffield.
"We have been getter and better. We went to the net hard and it paid off."
Panthers have a home fixture against Sheffield Steelers in the Challenge Cup on Saturday.
