Hull Stingrays coach Sylvain Cloutier says Bobby Chamberlain, Dan Scott and Jack Watkins deserve their call-ups to Great Britain squads.
Chamberlain, 16, has been named in the under-18s squad.
Scott, 19, and Watkins, 18, are both included in the under-20s party for December's World Championships.
Cloutier told BBC Radio Humberside: "It's great to see them play for Great Britain. It's always an honour to play for your country. They deserve it."
Defenceman Scott and forward Watkins were part of the under-20s team which claimed a bronze medal in Division One Group A in Belarus last year and have been included for games against hosts Germany, Austria, Belarus, Norway and Slovenia between December 11-17.
Cloutier added: "They're going to be two key guys for that team and they're leaders in that group."
Chamberlain narrowly missed out on under-20s selection but Cloutier believes the defenceman deserves his international chance.
"He's probably one of the best 16-year-old players in the country and he's probably going to dominate with the under-18s," he said.
"It's too bad he didn't make the under-20s to give him that experience because he could have been there for the next three or four years."
