Belfast Giants' joint top scorer Craig Peacock is staying with the Elite League champions for a fourth season.
The 23-year-old forward says he wants to win more trophies with Belfast, having just helped them win their first league title since 2006.
"I originally came to the Giants for the opportunity to play for championships. That is why we play the game," said the Peterborough man.
"Personally, I want to build on last season and continue to improve."
Giants coach Doug Christiansen described Peacock as one of the best players in the Elite League.
"He finished tied for 11th in the league in scoring, and he is still improving. His best hockey is still ahead of him and I am excited to work with him again," said Christiansen.
"He was instrumental in our team's success last year and played a huge role in bringing the Elite League title to Belfast.
"I know he will play a big part in our continued success next season."
Peacock recently starred on the top line for Team GB at the World Championships in Slovenia.
