Nottingham Panthers captain Jordan Fox is set to be out of action for a month, while Matthew Myers has also joined the injury list.
Fox picked up the injury during at leaders Belfast.
Physio Scott Poundall said: "The early signs aren't looking good, I'd say three to four weeks out if I had to make a prediction right now."
Myers is rated as 50/50 for matches against Hull and Coventry next weekend.
Panthers already have player-coach Corey Neilson (leg) and defenceman Jon Weaver (hand) both out of action for at least a month.
But Neilson was impressed with the way his side ground out a point in Northern Ireland on Saturday night.
"It was a good point after a difficult day," Neilson said. The flight was late, there were other hiccups too. It was our third game in six nights and we started slow.
"The injuries hurt us and their goalie made some big saves.
"Belfast are a strong side and they hustled all night, but we made some adjustments along the way and deserved our point."
