  1. Introducing the 'Glastonbury of the 10,000m'

Set up in 2013 with the goal of improving British racing standards and making 10,000m racing aspirational, the volunteer-driven Night of 10,000m PBs sees athletes race 25 laps around Parliament Hill Athletics Track in Hampstead Heath.

Since its introduction, the event's significance on the athletics calendar has grown quickly. In addition to incorporating the British 10,000m Championships in 2014, the showcase has previously been used for both the Team GB 2016 Rio Olympic trials and the 2017 London World Championship trials.

It is now a unique mash-up of world-class middle-distance running and a right good knees-up - welcome to "the world's most exciting track meet".
