  1. Thanks for being with us

We'll have full reaction to both of today's games on the counties pages of the BBC Sport website and app.

Don't forget that England's One-Day International series against Pakistan also continues on Tuesday at Bristol with a day/night fixture.

There's just time to let you know that Gareth Berg picked up the man of the match award for Hampshire in their win against Lancashire. Hope he enjoys the bubbly...

Until next time - thanks for being with us.

  2. County Championship returns

That's all from us from both today's One-Day Cup semi-finals, but you won't have to wait long for more county cricket coverage here on BBC Sport.

The white ball makes way for the red ball as the County Championship returns on Tuesday with eight games across the two divisions.

    Here's the full fixture list:

    Division One:

    Chelmsford: Essex v Nottinghamshire

    Canterbury: Kent v Yorkshire

    Taunton: Somerset v Surrey

    Edgbaston: Warwickshire v Hampshire

    Division Two:

    Newport: Glamorgan v Gloucestershire

    Old Trafford: Lancashire v Northamptonshire

    Lord's: Middlesex v Leicestershire

    Worcester: Worcestershire v Durham

We'll have live text, radio and social media coverage throughout all four days across the BBC Sport website and app.

  3. Post update

Right then - time for us to wrap things up as we congratulate both Somerset and Hampshire and commiserate with Nottinghamshire and Lancashire...

  4. Hampshire off to Lord's again!

James Vince (79) and Rilee Rossouw (85) were the mainstays of that run-chase after helping them recover from a precarious 23-3 early on as Saqib Mahmood did the damage.

There was a bit of a wobble towards the end, but they always seemed to have it under control.

James Anderson having to limp off with a knee injury at the end was Lancashire's last real hope.

Earlier, Gareth Berg bagged List A career-best figures of 5-26 as Lancashire stuttered to 241 all out.

    Hants 245-6 (49 overs, target 242) v Lancashire 241

James Fuller makes no mistake off the fourth ball and drives Liam Livingstone for four down to mid-on.

Holders Hampshire are heading back to Lord's to defend their One-Day Cup trophy.

Hampshire beat Lancashire by four wickets after chasing down that target of 242.

They will face Somerset in the final at Lord's on Saturday, 25 May.

  6. Post update

Three dot balls....c'mon finish it off!

  7. Post update

Gareth Berg sweeps for one off Liam Livingstone - scores are level....

  8. Hants 240-6 (48 overs, target 242)

Needs 2 more runs off 12 balls

James Fuller finds a couple off the first ball of the over and then a single down the ground.

Gareth Berg also works it calmly off his legs for a single to bring it down to two to win off two overs.

  9. Post update

Steven Croft back on - Lancashire need a miracle...

  10. Hants 236-6 (47 overs, target 242)

Need 6 more runs off 18 balls

Down to one big hit to decide it for Hampshire....

  11. Hants 235-6

Need 7 more runs off 25 balls

Liam Livingstone on again and James Fuller finds the fence once more on the legside.

It's down to single figures needed for Hampshire now....

  12. Hants 230-6 (46 overs, target 242)

Need 12 more runs off 24 balls

Rob Jones on as the replacement bowler to finish this over....

Fuller gets away with one that sails for a one-bounce four and then does the same again off the next ball down to mid-on.

That might well be the game....

  13. Anderson walks off...

Anderson won't risk finishing his over here. Clearly in a bit of pain as he tries to resume...

Lancashire will have to have a rethink. Any more drama left in this game?

  14. Post update

He's back on his feet Lancashire and England fans....

    Relax a bit!

  15. Hants 222-6 (45.4 overs, target 242)

Need 20 more runs off 26 balls

    James Anderson

Oh no! This might be a moment of concern for James Anderson....

James Fuller launches a full-bloodied drive straight back at the bowler that crashes into the inside of his left knee.

He's down on the deck and needs some time here to recover.

  16. Hants 222-6 (45.3 overs)

Needs 20 more runs off 27 balls

James Anderson back on for Lancashire. How are your nerves?

    James Anderson
  17. Hants 221-6 (45 overs, target 242)

Need 21 more runs off 30 balls

Well, well. That has certainly made things interesting.

New man in James Fuller can't find a run off the first three balls he faces.

    Five overs to go...

  18. WICKET

    Rossouw b Livingstone 85 (Hants 221-6, target 242)

    Rilee Rossouw and Dane Vilas

Liam Livingstone returns for Lancashire. Will this roll of the dice work?

    It may well....

Turns Rilee Rossouw inside out with one that beats his outside edge and takes middle and leg.

Still 21 more runs required off 33 balls.

  19. Hants 220-5 (44 overs, target 242)

Need 22 more runs off 36 balls

Big appeal for leg before from Matt Parkinson against Gareth Berg!

Not out says Martin Saggers the umpire - potentially an inside edge on it saved him.

End of Matt Parkinson's spell sees him finish with 1-39 off 10. Deserved more reward in fairness.

  20. Hants 217-5 (43 overs, target 242)

Need 25 more runs off 42 balls

Shot Gareth Berg! Crashes one away for four through point (literally through him!).

Into Saqib Mahmood's last over now. Sloppy stuff as he concedes a wide down legside to give another run away.

Here's four more from Berg down to third man to bring the target that little closer for Hampshire.

Mahmood finishes with 3-46 from his 10 overs. Great effort, but could well be in a losing cause.
