Virat Kohli's passion, and the feeling that he has got, is so infectious. You know his side will never be lacking intensity, whether they leading or behind in the game, the intensity levels are high.
We love being written off - Kohli
India captain Virat Kohli on TMS: "It was unbelievable. We love being written off and I think a lot of people after Leeds really stood up and said, will India be able to come back? But we've shown time and time again that we are a top side and we have been at the top for a while now, and that's because of the belief and the passion that we have in this group. This win is as special as Lord's, if not more."

England can bounce back at Old Trafford if they get the pitch. If India start well, and do well on day one, England won't have the mental strength to do what India did this week.
If India get ahead in the game, England don't have it in them, or the skill levels, to come back.

If Jos Buttler is available, and I'm sure he will be, I expect he'll come straight back in. He is England's number one wicketkeeper.
But, and I don't know this, if he's said he's not available for the Ashes because of the times that we live in, he can't play at Old Trafford. If he is going to Australia he has to come straight back in.

England coach Chris Silverwood tells Sky Sports his side were "trying to be busy from the start and give themselves a chance in the final session to knock the runs off".
He says they came up against a fine bowling performance.

Ollie Pope is a good player. He'll learn from this week that when you're playing so well in the first innings you've got to make it count - 81 isn't enough. If he'd got 130 England would have got up 350, which they should have done in the first innings.

SMS Message: Poor from England... No backbone and skill to bat out the final day.. Or the first, second, third or fourth.. The selectors need to change their approach and pick the best batsman from county cricket... At present we will not even be able to put up any kind of batting performance during the Ashes. And it will be an Australian whitewash.
Well played India. Disheartened. from Alan from Weymouth.

'Kohli gave a tactical masterclass'
Michael Vaughan
Former England captain on BBC Test Match Special
Virat Kohli was unbelievable today, he was always ahead of the game. He's always aware of which batter is coming out and bringing the seamers back on. Every little move, the field settings, the energy, getting the crowd going, he gave a tactical masterclass out there today.
It is easy when you've got a bowling attack with so much venom and variations but as a captain you've still got to put the fielders in the right places and put the bowlers on at the right time.
I thought he was absolutely fantastic today.

Did Root use Moeen correctly?
Michael Vaughan
Former England captain on BBC Test Match Special
The way England handle spin in this Test team is a concern. I don't quite get the spin management. Jack Leach was magnificent in the winter and he hasn't bowled a single ball this summer. He must be at sea thinking 'what is my role in this England Test match team?'.
The way the spin was used in this Test was a concern because it was quite clear that the ball wasn't swinging and seaming, but we didn't use Moeen.
He didn't have a great game, but I don't think Joe Root had the best game in terms of managing spin. He could have bowled himself more.
