Spanish La Liga
Atletico Madrid make one change from the team who beat Malmo 5-0 during the week as Raul Garcia comes in for Saul Niguez in midfield.
Atletico Madrid will have had a keen eye on yesterday's El Clasico and, while they won't admit to it, the victory of arch-rivals Real Madrid probably did them a favour as it stopped Barcelona extending their lead at the top.
La Liga champions Atletico can now move within two points of leaders Barcelona, although Getafe are unbeaten in three league games will have something to say about that at their Coliseum Alfonso Perez stadium.

El Clasico recap
Real Madrid 3-1 Barcelona
Spanish La Liga
A youthful-looking Carlo Ancelotti, who is in the picture in today's opening entry, was an AC Milan midfielder in his playing days.
He is now manager of Real Madrid and will be a very, very, very happy man today. His team went behind against Barcelona in Saturday's much-anticipated El Clasico but recovered to emerge deserved winners.
Cristiano Ronaldo, James Rodriguez, Karim Benzema and company put Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez firmly in the shade to move Real a point behind La Liga leaders Barca.
Ancelotti's reward? The type of bear hug from Ronaldo that the Portuguese forward probably only reserves for girlfriend Irina Shayk.

Lyon v Marseille (20:00 GMT)
French Ligue 1
Marseille are currently defying the odds in France's top division but the pressure is back on them today as they make the trip north to face Lyon.
Moneybags Paris St-Germain beat Bordeaux on Saturday to close the gap on Marseille to four points so how will manager Marcelo Bielsa's side respond?
The match at the Stade de Gerland also sees a match-up between Ligue 1's leading goal getters. Marseille's Andre-Pierre Gignac has 10 so far this season, while Lyon's Alexandre Lacazette has eight.

AC Milan 0-0 Fiorentina
The rarity of an Englishman playing abroad is Micah Richards, who is on loan at Fiorentina from Manchester City.
Technically, the right-back isn't playing at the moment as he's on the bench but he did play in the midweek Europa League win over PAOK Salonika.

AC Milan 0-0 Fiorentina
The home side have made the stronger start as they have a couple of shots at goal only for their efforts to be blocked by a Fiorentina side back in numbers.
Late drama at the top
Spanish La Liga
Sevilla have just moved joint top of the Spanish table with Barcelona after coming from behind to beat Villarreal 2-1 with two late goals.
Luciano Vietto gave the Yellow Submarine a 79th-minute lead but Denis Suarez equalised nine minutes later and Carlos Bacca scored an injury-time winner from the spot.

AC Milan 0-0 Fiorentina
Milan have the first shot on goal through Jeremy Menez but, with the angle against him, the France international's strike is wayward and goes well high.

John McEnerney: How times have changed in Serie A, not one decent star in the AC or Fiorentina line-ups! Gone are the glory days of Serie A.

The match is under way at the San Siro with Fiorentina having kicked off.
Remember him?
AC Milan v Fiorentina (19:45 GMT)
He used to be one of world football's most lethal marksman and played for Atletico Madrid, Liverpool and Chelsea.
In recent seasons though, we have seen him sulk and struggle around the pitch with his powers and pace on the wane.
I am, of course, talking about Fernando Torres, who is on loan at AC Milan from Chelsea after his £50m move to the Blues failed to work out.
He has one goal in five outings for Milan so is he ready to show he's not finished yet? We'll see. He's on the bench for today's game.

Getafe v Atletico Madrid (20:00 GMT)
Spanish La Liga
Atletico Madrid will have had a keen eye on yesterday's El Clasico and, while they won't admit to it, the victory of arch-rivals Real Madrid probably did them a favour as it stopped Barcelona extending their lead at the top.
La Liga champions Atletico can now move within two points of leaders Barcelona, although Getafe are unbeaten in three league games will have something to say about that at their Coliseum Alfonso Perez stadium.

Napoli 6-2 Hellas Verona
Italian Serie A
Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain scored a hat-trick against Verona today to ease the pressure on manager Rafael Benitez.
The Napoli bus was attacked after the side lost 2-0 to Young Boys in Bern in the Europa League in midweek.
Benitez's side weren't looking too clever when Emil Hallfredsson gave Verona the lead after just 26 seconds but Higuain's treble, along with two goals from Marek Hamsik and one from Jose Callejon, gave Napoli a big win.

Borussia Monchengladbach 0-0 Bayern Munich
German Bundesliga
Fresh from their 7-1 thumping of Roma in the Champions League in midweek, Bayern Munich had to settle for a goalless draw at Borussia Monchengladbach.
Both sides retained their unbeaten starts to the league season, although each went close to winning it.
Monchengladbach keeper Yann Sommer tipped a David Alaba shot on to the post, while Bayern stopper Manuel Neuer denied Andre Hahn following a counter-attack.
Bayern now top the Bundesliga by four points from Monchengladbach, Wolfsburg and Hoffenheim.

Juventus 2-0 Palermo
Italian Serie A
Juventus are the dominant force in Italian football these days and they were in action earlier as they extended their lead at the top of Serie A to three points with a win over Palermo.
Having seen rivals Roma slip up on Saturday by being held 0-0 by Sampdoria, Juve made sure they capitalised.
Arturo Vidal and Fernando Llorente got the goals for the Old Lady as they made up for some of the disappointment of being beaten by Olympiakos in the Champions League during midweek.

Olympiakos 1-0 Panathinaikos (17:30 GMT)
Greek Superleague
It's one of the maddest derbies in Europe and it's going on right now - Olympiakos and Panathinaikos are locking horns in the battle of the eternal enemies as we speak.
It's currently 1-0 to the home side after a goal from defender Anastasios Avlonitis just before the hour mark. There's about 15 minutes left.
To get a taste of what one of these games means have a read of my colleague Neil Johnston's piece on the derby. Any article that starts off with "Petrol bombs, flares, firecrackers and fights. And that's just on the pitch" is worth a read.

AC Milan v Fiorentina (19:45 GMT)
Italian Serie A
Some of European football's greatest players have adorned the famous red and black striped shirt of AC Milan. Franco Baresi, Paolo Maldini, Ruud Gullit, Marco van Basten, Kaka, Cafu, Clarence Seedorf just to name a few.
Last season the Italian club finished eighth and has had to endure some tough times recently in comparison to an illustrious past, which has seen them garner 18 league titles and seven European Cups.
But are they on the way back? Today they'll be in action against Fiorentina aiming to move up to third and five points off Serie A leaders Juventus.
So welcome and, along with the latest from some of Europe's other key games, we'll see here tonight if the giant is reawakening.
