Fqiren: That's it. Man City are winning the title this season.
Mr Lamide: I was almost certain Palace would win this. City have got so much character, got to hand it to them.

Chris Sutton
Former Blackburn striker on Final Score
"Kelechi Iheanacho has made a name for himself today. A lovely bit of interplay, the keeper could only parry out the initial shot and Iheanacho did what all good strikers should do."

What a moment for Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho who stabs home after Samir Nasri's shot.

Time running out for City and, still, they aren't really threatening goalkeeper Alex McCarthy.

Crystal Palace 00-0 Man City
Into the last 10 minutes and Wilfried Zaha's poor touch inside the area wastes a golden opportunity. Can Palace produce a late flurry?

Clive Allen
BBC Radio 5 live at Selhurst Park
"Manchester City have created plenty of opportunities but most of their shots have come from outside the 18-yard box. And they haven't been as clinical as we've seen in the past. Yaya Toure tried to whip one into the net but it went high and wide, nowhere near the target."
Post update
Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
Is this match heading for a draw? You have to feel that way as Yaya Toure sends another hopeful strike way off target.

"That is the second big save Joe Hart has made today (see 68 mins). This time diving away to his left to keep out Jason Puncheon. Hart's only had those two saves to make but he's been tremendous."
YELLOW CARD
Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
Another injury worry for City as Samir Nasri is rolling around after a late challenge by Brede Hangaland. A booking for the Palace man...

Jesus Navas drills a low cross into the penalty area from the right but it is cleared. Navas is City's danger man at the moment - although his final ball has to improve. Corner City... it again comes to nothing.

"What a fantastic counter attack. Kevin de Bruyne's vision was magnificent but Jesus Navas, clean thorough, sort of topples over the ball at the final moment. A big, big chance passed up."
Post update
Chris Sutton
Former Blackburn striker on Final Score
"Navas has got to finish that, and his place will massively be under threat if he keeps missing chances like that.
"Kevin de Bruyne hasn't yet been in the game much, I think Man City are really going to miss Sergio Aguero."
WHAT A MISS!
Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
How has he missed? Jesus Navas races clear on goal, rounds the goalkeeper but, somehow, stabs the ball wide of an empty net. You have to score that.

Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
Palace's bright start has certainly tapered off as City start to gain far more control on the match. Little happening in front of goal but you get the feeling City are ready to strike... Not with crossing like that from Aleksander Kolarov mind. Awful, as he smacks the ball into the crowd.

Looking at the replays, City boss Manuel Pellegrini did briefly lay his hands on Palace's Alan Pardew in their confrontation on the sidelines. It ended amicably enough though with a handshake between the two. It is all a bit scrappy...

Chris Sutton
Former Blackburn striker on Final Score
"It's been an open game, end-to-end, but losing Sergio Aguero is a massive blow for City. In pre-season, I'd have kept Edin Dzeko and sold Wilfried Bony. I like Dzeko.

Clive Allen
BBC Radio 5 live at Selhurst Park
"First of all it was a poor challenge by Yaya Toure, he's lucky to get only a yellow because it was reckless.
"But then it all kicked off on the touchline. Manuel Pellegrini was pointing to Alan Pardew to stay in his own technical area. This game is simmering now. There have been confrontations all over the pitch."
YELLOW CARD
Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
Yaya Toure is booked for foul on James McArthur and manager Manuel Pellegrini is not happy with his Crystal Palace counterpart Alan Pardew. It would appear Pellegrini is not happy with the treatment Aguero received... This is getting tasty.
SUBSTITUTION
Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
This doesn't look good for Sergio Aguero. His race is run. The Manchester City forward is down again, holding his knee, and he looks pretty miffed. He is limping away and off - meaning £55m man Kevin de Bruyne is on. Debut for the Belgian but shocking news for City ahead of their Champions League test against Juventus on Tuesday.

Yannick Bolasie is causing all sorts of problems for Manchester City. This time he makes his way to the bye line before pulling back to Yohan Cabaye - on the six-yard box. The Frenchman goes down in the penalty area but nothing doing and the ball is cleared.

City are struggling to get their game going early on but, finally, they have a passage of play around Palace's box but the hosts stay organised and clear well.

Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
Palace continue to cause problems down City's flanks, this time, Wilfried Zaha is downed on the left side to force a free-kick near the corner flag. Jason Puncheon drills the ball in, it is half cleared, but Papa Souare volleys a shot inches wide of the far post.
Palace attack down the right
Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
Almost all of Crystal Palace's attacks are coming down the right flank so far, through Yannick Bolasie and Bakary Sako.
Post update
Crystal Palace 0-0 Man City
Yannick Bolasie has not scored at Selhurst Park since January 2013 but he comes close here. The former Bristol City man chases onto a through ball by Jason Puncheon but his low shot across goal is held by Joe Hart. A cracking start from two teams high on confidence.

Sam Allardyce
BBC Radio 5 live
"It was a surprise Crystal Palace spent so much in the summer – it was unusual for them. Alan Pardew knows when things go well for you, you can be flavour of the month. Six months ago he was seen as the worst manager in the Premier League at Newcastle but now he’s one of the best and a good replacement for when Roy Hodgson steps down as England boss.
"He’s always been a very good manager. The club is right for him. The fans love him, they sing his name – not in a derogatory way like they did at Newcastle.
"He’s picked out a very good system with counter-attacking football. He’s not getting carried away. I hope he continues to keep it up. He’s an English manager challenging the big boys, which doesn’t happen much these days."

John Motson
BBC Match of the Day commentator
"We're straight out of the international break and into a meeting of the top two.
"Crystal Palace's victory at Chelsea last time out was no fluke - it was the latest in a string of superb results over the so-called big clubs. Indeed, I did this corresponding fixture for Radio 5 live last season when Palace won 2-1.
"To win again, Palace will have to end City's 100% winning start and become the first side to breach their impressive defence.
"Should City overcome this tricky hurdle I can see them putting more distance between themselves and their title rivals in the coming weeks."

Kevin Kilbane
BBC Radio 5 live
"I can’t see anything but a Manchester City win this season in the Premier League. Kevin de Bruyne will only make them stronger.
"But this game will suit Palace’s pace and power. With players like Yannick Bolasie and Wilfried Zaha, they could hurt City if they soak up their pressure and penetrate them. City are vulnerable when left on one-on-one positions. They just haven’t faced that this season."
