  1. Post update

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

Yohan Cabaye flots in a free kick that is too close to Heurelho Gomes, but Scott Dann's close attentions on the Hornets stopper means that Watford get a free kick anyway.

  2. Post update

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

Adebayor seems to be gradually getting more and more into this, he's the target of a fine floated pass from Yohan Cabaye out on to the touchline but his herded off the pitch by a committed set of Watford defenders. The Togolese then blots his copybook by going down too easily for the referee's liking and seeing a free kick go the other way.

  3. Post update

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

Sebastien Prodl and Emmanuel Adebayor clash going for a high ball; the Watford defender stays down for a while but then gets gingerly to his feet.

  4. Post update

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

Wiflried Zaha nips in off the left flank to drive a shot at Heurelho Gomes; Zaha spent most of the first half on the right as you can see here - a change of tactics from Alan Pardew?

  7. HALF-TIME

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

Palace have clawed their way back into this after being very much second-best for most of the first half - Watford will be kicking themselves that they have not converted their superiority into goals.

  8. 'Tremendous header'

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

    Chris Sutton

Former Chelsea & Norwich striker on Final Score

"Emmanuel Adebayor had no right to score from that header. It was looped back in, he generates all the power, great spring and heads it into the corner. Tremendous header."

  9. Post update

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

Palace have hardly been in this but they are level, thanks to Adebayor outjumping Craig Cathcart to plant a looping header into the top corner of the net for his first goal for Palace.

  10. GOAL

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Watford

    Emmanuel Adebayor equalises!

  11. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Watford are still bossing this, Palace can't impose themselves and the visitors are having the run of midfield.

  12. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Nearly a super second for Watford, Odion Ighalo stretches to a ball over the top from Troy Deeney, but with his back partially turned to goal his flick cannot stay down and floats over the bar.

  13. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Palace are struggling to keep hold of the ball for any length of time, but one spell of possession ends abruptly when Nathan Ake barges in to Wilfried Zaha. The on-loan Chelsea man gets a talking-to, but nothing more than that from referee Madley.

  14. HITS THE WOODWORK

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Odion Ighalo latches on to a poor pass from Mile Jedinak, wriggles in to the area and then strikes the base of the near post. Wayne Hennessey blocks a follow up from Nordin Amrabat but the whistle for offside had just gone.

  15. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Watford are calmly stroking the ball around to frustrate the hosts. Palace then make a rare break but Scott Dann is just short of a cross inside the area and can't connect with his head after Nathan Ake had slipped while back-pedalling.

  16. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Palace boss Alan Pardew looks irked, vexed, or just plain angry - take your pick. His side are behind to a penalty and have yet to look like they are taking a grip on this game.

  17. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Troy Deeney and Odion Ighalo link up neatly on the edge of the Palace box, but Deeney's eventual shot threatens the corner flag more than the goal.

  18. Hornets looking to sting

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

Watford are being a bit more adventurous than the home side at the moment, as this average position map suggests.

No Premier League win since 19 December for Crystal Palace. Have the wheels come off?

  19. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

    Trevor Sinclair

Former England winger on Final Score

"All we want is consistency. There could have been 50 penalties all season if every one of them is going to be given."

  20. Post update

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Watford

    Chris Sutton

Former Chelsea & Norwich striker on Final Score

"I think it was a penalty but if you are going to give that then you are going to give ten every game. Fair play to him for giving it."
