  1. FULL-TIME

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

All over and Tottenham will take a potentially crucially away goal into their second leg at White Hart Lane.

That's it from me, so head on over to our main live here for reaction to this and Manchester United's defeat in Denmark.

  2. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

Into three minutes of added time. Tottenham have some defending to do as Fiorentina press.

  3. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

    Paulo Sousa follows the action

Ohh. A lucky escape for Tottenham?

Nikola Kalinic is released by a raking pass from deep, the Tottenham defence is beaten but the flag goes up.

I reckon he was onside, though.

  4. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

Kieran Trippier blocks a cross and Fiorentina have a corner. Federico Bernardeschi takes it, swinging the ball into the near post but Kevin Wimmer just gets ahead of Gonzalo Rodriguez.

  5. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

Scrap that, Eric Dier is getting in amongst the attacks as he shoots from the edge of the area. Deflection and corner to Tottenham. Comes to nothing.

  6. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

It looks like Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is going to play it safe for the final 10 minutes as on comes defender Eric Dier for goalscorer Nacer Chadli.

  7. GOAL - FC Midtjylland 2-1 Man Utd

    Paul Onuachu

    Paul Onuachu celebrates

Oh dear, tough times for Manchester United...

You can read about the home side's goal here.

  8. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

Harry Kane in action for Tottenham

First real chance for Harry Kane to run at the Fiorentina defence as he gets the better of Gonzalo Rodriguez, but he shoots straight at Ciprian Tatarusanu.

  9. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

A Kieran Trippier cross has the sting taken out of it by a defender and deflects into the Fiorentina keeper's hands.

At the other end, substitute Matias Vecino hits a swirling effort from distance that Michel Vorm has to gather at the second attempt.

    Open game now.

  10. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

    Bradley Allen

Former QPR striker on BBC Radio London

"I think what we will see here is where Alonso has advanced from left fullback for Fiorentina, so Chadli will come over and help double mark him and Kane will go into his customary number nine role."

  11. SUBSTITUTION

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

Harry Kane comes on as a substitute

Harry Kane does indeed come on, replacing Son Heung-min.

  12. Post update

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

Harry Kane is out of his seat in the dugout and ready to come on. Mauricio Pochettino isn't satisifed with the away goal. He wants the win.

  13. Post update

  15. SUBSTITUTION

    Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

Fiorentina immediately ring the changes as Jakub Błaszczykowski, Josip Ilicic go off and on come Milan Badelj and Nikola Kalinic.

  16. GOAL - Fiorentina 1-1 Tottenham

    Federico Bernardeschi

    Federico Bernardeschi celebrates

Well, who saw that coming then?

Fiorentina needed to find something from nothing, and they have done just that as Federico Bernardeschi's strike from 25 yards takes a deflection off Ryan Mason and loops up and over Michel Vorm's dive, dropping just under the crossbar and into the net.

    Game on.

  17. Post update

    Fiorentina 0-1 Tottenham

    Bradley Allen

Former QPR striker on BBC Radio London

"Fiorentina are somewhat devoid of ideas. I have been very, very disappointed. They haven't given any intensity to this game."

  18. Post update

    Fiorentina 0-1 Tottenham

    Paulo Sousa gestures

Tottenham open Fiorentina up with ease as Mousa Dembele charges forward before spotting space ahead of  Nacer Chadli. Dembele places the ball beautifully into his team-mate's path and Chadli wrong-foots Gonzalo Rodríguez, but his low strike towards the near corner is kept out by Ciprian Tatarusanu.

A few groans of discontent from their home fans. You sense they feel Fiorentina are giving Tottenham too much respect.

  19. Post update

    Fiorentina 0-1 Tottenham

Mauro Zarate has been lively for Fiorentina, although his shooting boots have been clearly left by the mantelpiece back home.

In fairness, he doesn't get the chance to test out his radar this time as Kevin Wimmer puts the ball behind for a corner, which Spurs deal with.

  20. YELLOW CARD

    Fiorentina 0-1 Tottenham

Ben Davies is the second Tottenham player to pick up a booking as he is penalised for a foul on Jakub Blaszczykowski.

It may only be the second yellow, but the referee's whistle has been blown plenty of times in this game. Niggly.
