    Boos around the Hawthorns.

A huge win for Watford puts them on 41 points and surely safety from relegation.

Heurelho Gomes is the hero and Saido Berahino, well, what can you say, it was just not his day.

    Two penalties, two misses.

A sleepless night in store for the striker.

  7. MISSED PENALTY

    West Brom 1-1 Watford

    Heurelho Gomes celebrates

It's Saido Berahino v Heurelho Gomes part two.

And would you believe it the Brazilian comes out on top again.

Gomes gets down to his left to save Berahino's right-foot shot.

The stuff of nightmares for Berahino.

  8. PENALTY

Stephane Sessegnon is caught by Etienne Capoue.

  12. Post update

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

    Dion Dublin

Former Leicester and Aston Villa forward on Final Score

    Heurelho Gomes celebrates

“The goalkeeper knows if he comes with pace and doesn’t get the ball he will give a penalty away. It was a good save in fairness.”

  13. SUBSTITUTION

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

In all the excitement I forgot to mention that West Brom have made a double change.

Callum McManaman and Victor Anichebe are on for James Chester and Salmon Rondon.

  14. PENALTY SAVED

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

    Heurelho Gomes saves a penalty

WHAT A CHANCE MISSED BY WEST BROM.

Saido Berahino latches on to a wonderful through ball from Stephane Sessegnon and is tripped by Heurelho Gomes.

Michael Oliver points to the spot and books Gomes.

But Gomes redeems himself by guessing correctly and saves Berahino's spot kick, diving to his right to save the right-foot shot.

Tony Pulis launches a water bottle.

    That could be very costly.

  15. SUBSTITUTION

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

West Brom fans growing restless here as we have our first substitution.

Adlene Guedioura is replaced in midfield by Mario Suarez.

  16. Post update

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

    Two West Brom corners.

Troy Deeney almost turns the first into the path of Jonny Evans but it goes behind.

The second is met by Salomon Rondon but he heads straight at Heurelho Gomes at the near-post.

West Brom need some inspiration up front, because this is just not working for them at the moment.

  17. Post update

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

Adlene Guedioura and James McClean vie for the ball

This game has really opened up in the second half and Watford are pressing for a second.

  18. Post update

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

Ben Foster shakes hands with Troy Deeney

Troy Deeney with his first sight of goal and Ben Foster is called into action with a superb one-handed save to push the shot away for a corner.

  19. Post update

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

    A free-kick for West Brom.

Jonny Evans clips the ball into the box to Craig Dawson but his header loops to no one.

Another free-kick and a similar outcome, this time Evans to Gareth McAuley who heads aimlessly across the box.

    Wasteful.

  20. Post update

    West Brom 0-1 Watford

James McClean's free-kick is met by Gareth McAuley but his header is just tipped over the bar by the fingertips of Heurelho Gomes.

The Brazilian has done well there, it looked like it was creeping in.
