  8. FULL-TIME

    Bolton 1-2 Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough go four points clear at the top of the Championship.

Coming back from Josh Vela's goal, Boro striker Jordan Rhodes scored twice from close range as they won a sixth game in a row. Burnley can reduce the deficit at Birmingham to two points, though, if they win.

Already relegated Bolton battled hard and they will take positives but this type of performance is too little too late.

  9. Bolton 1-2 Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough win a free-kick just outside the Bolton penalty area on the right.

They're heading for three points if they keep it up this end of the pitch.

  10. Bolton 1-2 Middlesbrough

That's Jordan Rhodes' last bit of action.

He's replaced by Tomas Kalas to huge cheers from the travelling Middlesbrough fans.

He was brought for his goals and just the two today for the former Blackburn striker.

  11. GOAL (Rhodes)

    Bolton 1-2 Middlesbrough

Jordan Rhodes scores the winner at Bolton

    And he's done it!!

David Nugent controls a lofted ball into the area and just lifts the ball into the six-yard box where Jordan Rhodes nods in.

His fourth goal for the Teesiders and how big a step could that be towards promotion to the Premier League?

  12. INJURY TIME

    Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

We've got another five minutes added on for a winner...

  13. HITS THE WOODWORK

    Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

Jordan Rhodes now hits the post!

David Nugent sets him up and he juggles the ball a few times before attempting an overhead kick that comes off the upright.

  14. CLOSE!

    Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

    Inches, inches wide.

The Boro corner is flicked on at the front post and Jordan Rhodes just cannot direct his header the right side of post as he attacks it.

Can Middlesbrough carve out another chance?

  15. Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

There's four of five Middlesbrough players just stood up top at the moment and the ball keeps coming to them.

Stewart Downing wins a corner and then is substituted for striker David Nugent.

  16. Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

Gaston Ramirez's 25-yard free-kick takes a big deflection off the wall for a Middlesbrough corner...

It's swung into the back post but Ritchie De Laet cannot get enough of his head on it to be testing.

  17. Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

Two Stewart Downing crosses are just about dealt with by Bolton, who are sitting deeper and deeper.

Daniel Ayala then gets a header from a corner on target but Ben Amos stretches to gather it easily enough.

  18. YELLOW CARD

    Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

Ben Amos becomes the first Bolton player booked as the referee decides he is wasting too much time over a free-kick.

Middlesbrough win the ball back and quickly spread the ball upfield.

  19. Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

At the other end, Mark Davies glides into the box and falls dramatically... referee says no penalty!

Replays show the Bolton midfielder lost his feet rather than being tripped.

  20. CLOSE!

    Bolton 1-1 Middlesbrough

    Everything but the finish.

Richie De Laet's drilled cross finds Gaston Ramirez at the back post but the Uruguayans cushioned touch goes just wide.

    Middlesbrough really pressing now.
