    ...In addition, it is also Borussia Dortmund centre-back Mats Hummels' final game for the club before he leaves... to join Bayern Munich. 

    Hummels, who started his career in Bayern's youth set-up, has angered Dortmund's fans by agreeing the move, despite trying to calm tensions with a post on Facebook describing it as the "hardest decision of my life until now".
