  3. Post update

    Swansea 2-1 West Brom

Ooh! Jonny Evans has a chance for his second of the game, coming in at the right post, and it's good hands from Kristoffer Nordfeldt to block it away.

  4. Post update

    Swansea 2-1 West Brom

Chris Brunt has a go from distance, and an unwitting Alfie Mawson manages to save the shot by sticking his head in the way.

  5. Post update

    Swansea 2-1 West Brom

West Brom are making a real meal of dealing with Swansea in these closing stages as the home side push for a third.

A dangerous ball from Ki Sung-yeung is completely ignored by Jonny Evans, and it takes a last minute interception from Craig Dawson to see it off.

  6. GOAL - Swansea 2-1 West Brom

    Fernando Llorente

15th of the season, four in his last five appearances - take a bow, Fernando Llorente.

That is lovely work from the Spaniard. A teasing, floaty delivery from Luciano Narsingh and Llorente is smack in front of the goal to volley it home.

Fernando Llorente celebrates the second goal

    Swansea 1-1 West Brom

Swansea are still pushing, particularly down the right, but West Brom keep shoving bodies in there. Meanwhile Hal Robson-Kanu is on for the Baggies, in place of James Morrison.

  8. Post update

    Swansea 1-1 West Brom

And another change for Swansea. Off goes Leroy Fer and Ki Sung-yueng makes his way on.

    Swansea 1-1 West Brom

Lovely through ball from Kyle Naughton finds Luciano Narsingh, who gets muscled out of the area, before Naughton sends a less-impressive pass spiraling out of play.

Tony Pulis is making his first change of the match. Jake Livermore will make way for James McClean.

  10. CLOSE!

    Swansea 1-1 West Brom

Oh! That is so close to a second from Jordan Ayew!

A cracking burst from Martin Olsson finds Ayew, who works his way into the area and slams the ball into the side netting, just millimeters away from the near post.

  11. Post update

    Swansea 1-1 West Brom

West Brom still haven't registered an away win this season. In fact, they've been winless on the road since they beat Southampton on New Year's Eve.

A corner comes curling in towards Salomon Rondon, who has had two good chances this afternoon, but his header is blocked out by the Swansea bodies.

  12. GOAL - Swansea 1-1 West Brom

    Jordan Ayew

Well, that's been coming - and it's Jordan Ayew's first goal for the club.

That's a lovely free-kick from Gylfi Sigurdsson, floated in towards Ayew, and the Swansea man couldn't miss from such close range. A huge cheer goes up around the Liberty Stadium.

    Ayew equalises for Swansea
  13. Post update

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

A good little period of play this from Swansea. Gylfi Sigurdsson whips yet another free-kick in, and Ben Foster just gets enough glove on it to punch it out to safety.

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

A big ol' round of applause for Leon Britton as he departs, his work done for the season. He's been replaced by Luciano Narsingh.

  15. Post update

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

That's a stonker of a cross from Martin Olsson, coming so close to picking out the lurking Fernando Llorente. Darren Fletcher knocks it out and Alfie Mawson ends up flicking the resulting corner just wide.

  16. Post update

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

Martin Olsson gesticulates furiously as he gets an arm in the face from Craig Dawson and goes spinning to the ground. There's not a great deal in it from the Baggies man, and Mike Dean waves away the Swansea protests.

  17. Post update

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

A hoof up the pitch from James Morrison ends up in Jake Livermore's path. There's a few bodies hovering in the area but Livermore decides to go for glory, and ends up striking the ball up and over.

  18. Post update

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

    Dafydd Pritchard

BBC Sport Wales at the Liberty Stadium

If anyone's wondering what the Match of the Day running order will be tonight, they can safely assume this game will be towards the end.

Apart from Jonny Evans' goal for West Brom and Federico Fernandez' glaring miss for Swansea, this has been as typical an 'end-of-season affair' as you're likely to see.

  19. Post update

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

A sloppy pass from Leroy Fer is intercepted by Jake Livermore. He tees up Salomon Rondon in the area, and yet another decent chance for the Baggies man goes begging as his tame shot rolls into Kristoffer Nordfeldt's hands.

  20. Post update

    Swansea 0-1 West Brom

How has Federico Fernandez missed that?!

The Swansea man is hovering in front of the right post, there's not a Baggies shirt near him, and he somehow skews his header beyond the post! Paul Clement ain't impressed.
