West Brom 2-3 Man City

That's FT.

City sort of hung on.

That's 28 points from a possible 30 for City.

Will they be stopped?

West Brom 2-3 Man City

GOAL - West Brom 2-3 Man City

Matt Phillips

Oh Otamendi!

Full concentration can dip in the final moments of a match. It did for Nicolas Otamendi.

A ball is floated into the six-yard area and the City defender decides to chest the ball back to Ederson.

However, sub Matt Phillips anticipates well and tucks home.

Can the Baggies do it?

Seconds remaining...

Phillips second goal

West Brom 1-3 Man City

A brilliant five-a-side save from Ben Foster.

City attack again - don't they let up? The ball arrives at the feet of David Silva on the edge of the six-yard area after another swift move. He turns and shoots but Foster sticks out a leg and makes a excellent block

West Brom 1-3 Man City

Kevin De Bruyne must score....

He's fed in by Raheem Sterling on the right of the area but his shot caresses the side-netting.

OK, he can have one off day.

West Brom 1-3 Man City

Gabriel Jesus is off and Ser...

Ilkay Gundogan comes on.

Soz, fantasy league fans.

West Brom 1-3 Man City

Midfielder James McClean comes on for Grzegorz Krychowiak, who's been looking a little leggy in recent minutes.

The home side look to be treading water at the moment.

Two short of Raheem's best

West Brom 1-3 Man City

Simon Stone

BBC Sport at the Hawthorns

Still no appearance for Sergio Aguero, who remains one away from becoming Manchester City's greatest ever goalscorer.

Instead, Raheem Sterling gets his ninth of the campaign, which leaves him needed just two to match his best seasonal tally of 11.

I fancy him to do it.

West Brom 1-3 Man City

Brilliant goalkeeping by Ben Foster.

The former England man rushes out to prevent Gabriel Jesus from poking in after the Brazilian dashed towards his direction.

Is there another goal in this?

About 15 mins remaining.

West Brom 1-3 Man City

City defender Nicolas Otamendi scythes - appropriate use of the word - down Hal Robson-Kanu and gets a yellow for his troubles.

Empty seats

West Brom 1-3 Man City

Simon Stone

BBC Sport at The Hawthorns

Maybe it was the 12 successive defeats to today's opponents to blame but there are quite a few empty seats in the home section today, including a couple of sizeable blocks in the lower tier behind the goal City are defending in the second-half.

Not that they would be seeing much action anyway given how this half has gone.

West Brom 1-3 Man City

Another Baggies sub.

Matt Phillips comes on for Gareth Barry.

His pace down the wing is much needed.

GOAL - West Brom 1-3 Man City

Raheem Sterling

A brilliant move, and typical Manchester City.

Raheem Sterling taps in following a move that was started yet again By Leroy Sane on the left.

The German pulls the ball back for Kevin De Bruyne who in turn lays the ball off to David Silva.

The Spaniard spreads the ball to the right where the galloping Kyle Walker collects then delivers a low cross which finds the toes of Sterling, who does the rest.

Sterling third goal

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Good move by Baggies sees Jay Rodriguez slap a raking pass onto the head of Grzegorz Krychowiak.

The midfielder heads the ball into the path of Kieran Gibbs who cannot get a shot away.

It's building..

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Gabriel Jesus gets a yellow from ref Mike Jones for his reaction at a free-kick going against him in the Baggies area.

Subs: Bernie Silva off and Raheem Sterling is on.

Sergio is waiting...

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Hal Robson-Kanu has come on for Salomon Rondon.

Was he injured?

U17 World Cup final update

England U17 1-2 Spain U17

Rhian "I like to score goals" Brewster has pulled one back for England.

Watch it here.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Is it fair to say Kevin De Bruyne is having an off day?

On this occasion, the Belgian leans back from 20 yards and fires an effort over the bar.

C'mon Kev, you can do better.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Now it's a free-kick to City after David Silva is bundled over by Grzegorz Krychowiak.

The ball is about 25 yards from goal - centre.

Kevin De Bruyne takes it...

But it loops up off the wall... and out for a corner which comes to nothing.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

City full-back Kyle Walker cuts in from the right dances one way then the other and fires a shot into the side-netting.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Great start for the Baggies.

Allan Nyom lofts a ball in from the right and finds the head of Grzegorz Krychowiak who heads down towards goal but into the grasp of Ederson.

That will probably jolt City into lift though.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

We are back under way at The Hawthorns.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Well, that's not as bad as it could have been for the Baggies.

And Rondon looks up for it today - although perhaps he should have headed that chance in a few minutes ago. Ahh well...

Enjoy HT.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Kevin De Bruyne has his first sighter of the game, but fires it wildly over the bar

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Simon Stone

BBC Sport at Etihad Stadium

In that crazy start, we saw something that hasn't happened for a couple of months.

Not since they went to Bournemouth at the end of August have Manchester City been level in a Premier League game after the first goal had been scored.

The pity for West Brom is that parity only lasted two minutes before Fernandinho put City back in front.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Could Salomon Rondon have done better?

Jay Rodriguez crosses from the right and the ball meets the head of the Venezuelan striker who heads wide from six yards.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Over the bar from Sane.

He's let himself down today.*

*He hasn't.

Sane free kick

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Free-kick to City.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

Gone a bit quiet here.

Maybe the focus of the players is on the half-time cuppa or perhaps they're wondering how England's U17's are getting on against Spain.

You can follow and watch that here.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

City full-back Fabian Delph skies one after slicing a clearance, however Salomon Rondon cannot get enough on his follow-up header which loops into the palms of Ederson.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

West Brom are hustling and harrying the City players - 100% for effort.

Can they keep it up for 90 mins?

Obviously they need to remember to get a goal or two themselves - they haven't won in seven league games.

Terrible miss

West Brom 1-2 Man City

David Silva!

Now, I won't trot out the cliche, "he's not known for his heading ability"... that's cheap.

Anyway, Silva, who's not know for his heading ability, nods a delightful Kevin De Bruyne cross over from about five yards out.

West Brom 1-2 Man City

The players are having a bit of a time-out.

City, like they showed against Stoke, are pretty vulnerable at the back.

But, like against Stoke, they are also capable of scoring seven.

Meanwhile, Jonny Evans brings down Kevin De Bruyne and is shown yellow.

GOAL - West Brom 1-2 Man City

Then again...

Leroy Sane squares the ball to Fernandinho, whose low drive takes a couple of deflections en route to hitting the foot of the post and trickling in.

It's as you were.. .five minutes ago.

City first goal

GOAL - West Brom 1-1 Man City

Jay Rodriguez

Then again...

Jay Rodriguez brings the Baggies level.

Former City player Gareth Barry lofts the ball into the path of J-Rod who wins a tussle with John Stones and lifts the ball past Ederson.

This will give West Brom lots of confidence...

Rodriguez goal

GOAL - West Brom 0-1 Man City

Leroy Sane

Leroy Sane cracks in his eighth goal of the season - and I mean cracks.

Fernandinho picks out his man with a De Bruyne-like well-weighted sidefoot pass.

The German jinks one way and then the other before spanking a 14-yard effort past Ben Foster.

This could be a mauling...

West Brom 0-0 Man City

Here they go....

City break like they've heard there's a 3 for 1 offer on 10-inch pizzas.

Kyle Walker's zips down the right and plays the ball into the area - it eventually falls to Leroy Sane whose low drive is blocked by defender Ahmed Hegazi, who seemed to know little about.

West Brom 0-0 Man City

First shot of the match?

Fabian Delph.

The midfielder/left-back, who's already scored a cracker this season, tries to repeat the feat from 25 yards but it trundles harmlessly behind for a goal-kick.

At the other end it's Salomon Rondon v John Stones - Stones wins.

West Brom 0-0 Man City

Autumn sunshine's annoying isn't it?

Anyway, it's in the eyes of the players in the Baggies final third - perhaps City should loft a few balls into the area to test the vision of Ben Foster?

West Brom 0-0 Man City

City get us under way.

Minute's silence before kick-off

West Brom v Man City (15:00 BST)
