  1. Goodbye for now

It was certainly Firhill for thrills tonight.

Hopefully there will be more of that kind of excitement tomorrow afternoon, so join us for more live coverage of the Scottish Professional Football League.

Meantime, you can read Jane Lewis' reflections of that see-saw 2-2 draw between Partick Thistle and Rangers.

  2. Super Saturday for Celtic and Dons?

There's five more Premiership games tomorrow, when Celtic and Aberdeen will look to stretch their lead over the rest of the field, including stumbling Rangers.

Leaders and holders Celtic host Ross County, while the Dons, second on goal difference, are also at home, to struggling Kilmarnock.

You can read all the team news here.

  3. 17 Rangers shots to Thistle's five

    FT: Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Despite possession being evenly shared at Firhill, Rangers had many more attempts on goal.

However, the points are also shared ahead of the Ibrox side's return to Firhill on Tuesday in the quarter-finals of the Scottish League Cup.

  4. Archibald happy with point

    FT: Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Partick Thistle manager Alan Archibald on BBC Radio Scotland: "Delighted to hang on the point.

"Mentally, it was great to hold on because we have lost a few late goals.

"I was disappointed in our first-half performance but delighted with our response in the second.

"Chris Erskine can't tackle and we know that, but there's no malice. Apologies for the tackle and we have no arguments with the red card.

"To be fair, it took a wonder goal for them to get their equaliser.

"We can go and build on it as we made a game of it.

"It will be a different type of game against Rangers in the League Cup on Tuesday."

  5. Caixinha rues defensive lapses

    FT Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha on BT Sport: "We found the game was very strong and very aggressive.

"Another red card in the first half could have been shown.

"We attacked much more than the opponent, but we were not realistic. Two defensive mistakes led to the goals.

"I cannot be glad about the result and about the game management.

"One thing is physicality, another thing is the aggression. I am commenting on the aggression."

  6. 'Old Firm pressure on Rangers'

    FT: Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

    Gordon Smith

    Former SFA chief executive

Quote Message: If Celtic win tomorrow, that will be a five-point gap going into the Old Firm game and, if they win that one, it would be up to eight, so there's pressure on Rangers now
  7. 'Deserved draw for Thistle'

    FT: Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

    Ian McCall

Former Rangers and Partick Thistle winger on BBC Radio Scotland

Quote Message: Psychologically, it is a big result for Thistle. It was a stonewall throw for Thistle before Rangers' equaliser. I thought Thistle deserved their draw and Rangers flattered a lot
  8. Rangers miss chance to go top

    FT: Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

So Rangers move up to third above St Johnstone on goals scored but fail to draw level on points with leaders Celtic and Aberdeen, who both play tomorrow.

They needed to win by four goals to go top on goals scored but fell well short of that result.

Thistle remain in 10th, now a point ahead of Kilmarnock and Dundee but still seeking their first league win of the season.

  9. FULL-TIME Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Thistle survive intense late pressure to claim what, overall, is a deserved point.

  10. Post update

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Alfredo Morelos has a shot blocked by two Thistle defenders and then is ruled to have committed a foul as he tried to force the ball out from under one of the bodies in front of goal. Thrilling stuff.

  11. Post update

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

We are into four minutes of stoppage time and they win a corner, with Ryan Edwards, who was about to be replaced, doing well to win the set-piece.

  12. Post update

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Alfredo Morelos is challenged by Niall Keown as they challenge for a cross thrown into the Thistle penalty box, but the Rangers striker's attempt has no power and goalkeeper Ryan Scully flops on the ball.

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Thistle sub midfielder Stuart Bannigan is booked for throwing the ball into the crowd to waste time in desperation.

  14. Post update

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Rangers are laying siege on the Thistle penalty box. The home side are toiling, they are down to 10 men and midfielder Ryan Edwards is also hobbling.

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Thistle's Christie Elliott is the latest to go into the referee's book for a late challenge. It's getting a bit nervy for the home side, who would probably settle for a point now.

  16. Jags pay price for standing off

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

    Gordon Smith

    Former SFA chief executive

Quote Message: Magnificent finish. Declan John had the ball on the left and played it inside to Dorrans. Thistle were disappointing because no-one closed him down. He picked the ball up, about 20 yards out, and fired it into the net. Rangers have got enough time to get a winner
  17. Post update

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

A second Thistle change, with Stuart Bannigan taking the place of the more attacking Blair Spittal in midfield.

  18. Post update

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Thistle boss Alan Archibald replaces tiring lone striker Miles Storey with Conor Sammon.

  19. Post update

    Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

Carlos Pena steals into the Thistle penalty box and his toe poke flies straight into the arms of Thistle goalkeeper Ryan Scully.

    Pressure is mounting on Thistle.

  20. GOAL Partick Thistle 2-2 Rangers

    Graham Dorrans

Thistle will feel aggrieved that they should have a throw-in, but it is given to Rangers and it leads to the equaliser.

Declan John sets up Graham Dorrans on the edge of the penalty box and the Scotland midfielder jinks inside his marker and fires a beautiful drive into the far corner.
