  1. Today's news

Right, so what has happened already today.

    The simple answer.. a lot.

Before we get down to business on tonight's games, let's have a quick look at what has been going on in the crazy world of football.

  2. Welcome along

Hello there, I'm Michael Emons and welcome along to BBC Sport's live text page on a night where there are three Premier League matches, and lots of behind-the-scenes work going on up and down the country as club's desperately look to seal a late signing.

    Tonight's games...

    • Swansea City v Arsenal (19:45 GMT)
    • West Ham v Crystal Palace (19:45 GMT)
    • Huddersfield Town v Liverpool (20:00 GMT)
  3. Nobody panic

    The calm before the storm?

Tomorrow sees the carnage of the transfer window closing, as managers get their spending done for the season, not to mention there being seven Premier League matches as well.

But don't go writing off tonight's action.

Arsenal and Liverpool are among those playing, there is also a London derby and maybe, just maybe, we will get some massive transfers happening tonight as well. Stay tuned.
