  1. Signing off

That's all from us today after the top four secured wins to leave it as you were at the upper end of the table with Crusaders leading the way from Coleraine. No change at the other end either as the bottom four failed to register a point.

Ronnie McFall got off to a winning start as temporary Glens boss and Dungannon following up their League Cup success with a home victory. We'll be back next Saturday with the Irish Cup quarter-finals so join us them.

  2. Clattenburg happy with Saudi officials

    Coleraine 1-0 Warrenpoint Town

Quote Message: I'm loving the job - it's a wonderful experience. It was a good experience for our officials today. We get some Northern Ireland lads coming over to Saudi Arabia so it's an exchange. The match today gave them good experience and they can expand their English. I think they adapted well to the style of play in the Irish League. from Mark Clattenburg Former Premier League referee and current head of refeering in Saudi Arabia

  3. What they said

    Glentoran 1-0 Cliftonville

Quote Message: It's very frustrating. We have racked our brains and worked as hard as we can trying to put it right but full responsibility sits at my feet. I'm not going to stand here and blame players or referees or whatever it may be. I'm the manager of Cliftonville and it's my job to have us winning games and I'm not doing that, for whatever reason. from Barry Gray Cliftonville manager

  4. What they said

    Ards 0-3 Linfield

Quote Message: I'd say it's the best performance we've had in a long time. From the keeper right through to the strikers I thought we were very good in possession. To be critical I thought we probably could have been more clinical and scored more goals, but you have to be happy with that. It's momentum now for us, we have two big games coming up so we very much needed that win. from Andrew Waterworth Linfield striker

  5. What they said

    Dungannon Swifts 2-0 Ballinamallard Utd

Quote Message: I'm very relieved to get the win. We didn't start well but we found our legs after 20 minutes and I'm delighted with the result. We were more positive in the second half - indeed it was as good as we've been. We also kept a clean sheet and I'm happy with the players I have working with me. from Rodney McAree Dungannon Swifts manager

  7. What they said

    Glentoran 1-0 Cliftonville

Quote Message: It was important to get off to a winning start. In the first half especially we played really well and deserved to go in ahead. In the second half Cliftonville put us under more pressure but over the 90 minutes, I thought we deserved to win it. Curtis (Allen) missed a penalty and missed another chance but he has that goalscorer's instinct and he kept going and got us the vital goal. from Ronnie McFall Glentoran interim manager

  8. What they said

    Crusaders 3-1 Ballymena United

Quote Message: I was delighted with their attitude, commitment and work rate. They really wanted to put a response in to the disappointment of last week and in many ways they gave all that they had to give. But I said [after the game] that there are very fine margins and that's where we have got to be more clinical. In the keys parts of the pitch, that's where Crusaders were better. We were more than in that match for large parts of it, we played some super stuff. from David Jeffrey Ballymena United manager

  9. What they said

    Carrick Rangers 1-2 Glenavon

Quote Message: It was a poor game. The first half was pretty much a non-event then in the second half we gave away a really poor goal. But we scored about five minutes after that to get us back into it. When Joel (Cooper) was sent off, we were thinking it was going to be an uphill task but we dug in, battled and eventually got the penalty to win, which was the important thing. That performance and match won't live in anyone's memory for too long. from Kris Lindsay Glenavon coach

  11. What they said

    Coleraine 1-0 Warrenpoint Town

Quote Message: It was a tough pitch to play on and it was not our most free-flowing football, but it's great to get the three points. Josh Carson (Coleraine's scorer) has been brilliant all season and indeed the attitude of the whole team was brilliant - we kept going and got the goal while also getting a solid clean sheet. from Oran Kearney Coleraine manager

  12. What they said

    Crusaders 3-1 Ballymena United

Quote Message: It was probably a 6.5 out of 10 for me today. It was an even contest around the pitch and it was a great game in many ways, but i'm pleased with the outcome of course. I'm looking forward to getting among the squad next week, relax and look forward to the next game. from Stephen Baxter Crusaders manager

  13. What they said

    Carrick Rangers 1-2 Glenavon

Quote Message: It's the third game in a row we have been beat 2-1 and today, the way our players played, we are massively disappointed about the result. We are pleased with the levels of performance and on another day, if we had been on a level playing field, we would have won the game. We put a forward on and took a midfielder off to try and win the game, however, you can't legislate for a penalty decision like that. from David McAlinden Carrick Rangers manager

  14. What they said

    Ards 0-3 Linfield

Quote Message: I thought we did very well to contain them to 1-0 at half time. Unfortunately we lost David Elebert to injury and it was probably our youngest team ever on the pitch, and it was a harsh lesson for us. We conceded two very soft goals and then a goal shortly after that meant the match was over. But to be fair, the boys kept plugging away, working hard and it's a great learning curve for them today. from Colin Nixon Ards manager

  16. Carson the star man in Coleraine win

    Coleraine 1-0 Warrenpoint Town

Quote Message: Coleraine started the second half more on the front foot than the first. They made some good opportunities before man-of-the-match Josh Carson curled in from a corner - he was the star man. It was a little nervy for Coleraine at the end but they deserved the win to stay on the coattails of Crusaders. from Roy Walker Saturday Sportsound summariser

    Carrick Rangers 1-2 Glenavon

Glenavon survive six minutes of injury time to secure three points which cement their third position in the league table.

They had to do it the hard way after Darren Henderson had put Carrick ahead in the opening minute of the second half but after Rhys Marshall headed Glenavon level, Andy McGrory scored the winner from the penalty spot.
