  1. Football casual

    Arsenal v Chelsea (20:00 GMT)

    No piano for Henrikh.

Instead Mkhitaryan goes for a comfy cardie and a Steve Jobs-style roll neck on his first appearance at the Emirates as a home player.

He looks like has just stepped out of an advert for expensive continental coffee.

    Lovely stuff.

  2. Breaking team news

    Arsenal v Chelsea (20:00 GMT)

David Ospina is in goal for Arsenal with Aaron Ramsey named on the bench after illness.

Pedro returns from suspension to take the place of Michy Batshuayi in the Chelsea line-up with new signing Ross Barkley on the bench.

    Full line-ups to follow.

  3. No Mkhi, Atom and Humber doubtful

    Arsenal v Chelsea (20:00 GMT)

    Henrikh Mkhitaryan

Arsenal fans will have to wait a little longer before finding out if Henrikh Mkhitaryan's subtle, playmaking strokes float the Arsenal boat better than they did Jose Mourinho's.

The Armenian, freshly arrived from Manchester United, is cup-tied for this one.

So the big question is whether the banner celebrating Atom and Humber - which was still up for the weekend's win over Crystal Palace - is on display at the Emirates despite owner Alexis Sanchez high-footing to the north-west.

Sanchez has already featured the retrievers in United shirts on his Instagram feed.

    Have some pity man.

  5. *Away goals klaxon*

    Arsenal v Chelsea (20:00 GMT)

    Fan

Let's get this laid down from the start.

After the goalless first leg at Stamford Bridge, away goals don't come into the equation tonight at the Emirates Stadium until the end of extra-time.

Nil-nil, six-six, whatever. If the scoreline is level at the end of 90 minutes, we are heading for half-an-hour extra.

Video caption: Community Shield 2017: Arsenal beat Chelsea after shootout - highlights

Chelsea and Arsenal's first meeting this campaign - a shoot-out win for the Gunners in August's Community Shield - feels like it belongs to another planet, nevermind another season.

There have been another three since then - all draws and just four goals.

Ninety minutes separate both from a spring visit to Wembley and the Carabao Cup final.

Whoever is going to make it, it is going to be tighter that Prince William's clipper cut.
