A late equaliser from Manchester City's Jane Ross forced extra-time in their game against Sunderland before Nick Cushing's side went onto win 4-2 AET. City now face Chelsea after Emma Hayes' side became the first team to reach the semi-finals last weekend when they beat Liverpool 3-0.

Everton progressed to the semi-finals with a 6-1 victory over Durham earlier today, thanks to Courtney Sweetman-Kirk's hat-trick. The Toffees will host Arsenal after the Gunners beat Charlton 5-0.

Reigning champions Manchester City briefly drew level after Demi Stokes nodded home Nadia Nadim's cross.

However, they were only level for a matter of minutes as Lucy Staniforth put Sunderland back ahead with a long-range strike.

In the other FA Cup quarter-final, Arsenal lead Charlton 3-0 after Heather O'Reilly and Vivianne Miedema added to Kim Little's first-half penalty.

Everton became the first side to qualify for the semi-finals after they beat Durham 6-1 earlier today.
