"I didn't even realise it was my 100th game until yesterday. Then it will be about my 70th birthday. But I don't feel it and I feel really proud to be manager of this group."

  3. 'The offside is the decision I'm more annoyed with'

    Cardiff 2-1 Brighton

Brighton boss Chris Hughton on the Cardiff winner: "We should be going home with a point. The last goal was offside. We knew we'd be under pressure when we went down to 10 men, but we stayed in the game.

"The hardest thing to take is you are reliant on good decisions by officials and the last goal was shown to be offside. It makes it even harder."

On Dale Stephens' red card: "I think Dale has given the referee a decision to make. I'm quite sure that other referees wouldn't have given a red card.

"The studs weren't not up, and I'm not sure he catches the opponent. There are so many grey areas. I'm quite sure that this ref on another occasions wouldn't have given it.

"But the offside is the decision I'm more annoyed with."

  4. Hughton says winner was offside

  6. 'A lot of anger in dressing room'

    Cardiff 2-1 Brighton

Lots of debate whether Sol Bamba's winner was offside. Brighton have no doubt about it.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Shane Duffy said: "There's a lot of anger at the minute. We felt like we deserved a point, and we are disappointed at the end.

"We knew he was offside straight away, you could see the reaction of players. There's a lot of anger in the dressing room."

Rainydays: How was Bamba not given offside then? This is getting embarrassing

Samuel: As soon as I saw that Cardiff goal go in I thought there was at least one offside in the build up. VAR required? Think it's more down to a lack of quality officials in recent years.

  17. GOAL Cardiff 2-1 Brighton

    Sol Bamba

Brighton can't hang on! Sol Bamba creates a goalmouth scramble as he hits the post with an overhead kick, then Callum Paterson hits the bar.

Fortunately, it comes back to Bamba who smacks it into the net.

He lost his man for Brighton's goal, and he's the most relieved man in Wales.
