  1. Goodbye

    Time to go, folks.

Don't forget we have a week of Champions League and Europa League action to look forward to before the Premier League returns next Friday with Cardiff against Wolves.

Thanks for your company, enjoy the remainder of your weekend, and if you're looking for a decent party, I reckon there might be one or two in the Huddersfield area.

    Until next time...

  2. 'It's all about performances'

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Huddersfield Town

Huddersfield boss David Wagner, speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live on how his side's tactics worked: "We have not done stuff differently today, even away from home at Burnley we were very decent but without a reward.

"We wanted to minimise their possession with a very aggressive approach and we wanted to keep the ball.

"We were aware of the league situation before the game, but we are not focused on the table because for me, it is all about performances."

  3. 'We have to try and surf this wave'

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Huddersfield Town

Huddersfield boss David Wagner, speaking to Match of the Day: "The players have shown better performances - or at least comparable performances - this season but they have not got the rewards.

"Today they got two goals, a clean sheet and done fantastically well. I’m so happy for them.

"They’ve shown a lot of bravery to press an opponent such as Wolves so high up the pitch. We were able to minimise their opportunities.

"Aaron Mooy is a top class player, he has this calmness on the ball. His decision making was great. You will rarely find a player with such good technique and vision who is prepared to work so hard for the team.

"It lifts the confidence and their mood. Away wins are always very important in the Premier League and now we have the first one we have to try and surf on this wave we have created.”

    Aaron Mooy
  4. Post update

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

Wolves named six Portuguese players in their starting XI against Huddersfield. The last time a side started six or more foreign players from the same country in a Premier League game was in December 2013 when Newcastle named six Frenchmen against Stoke.

  5. 'One of the worst performances'

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Wolverhampton Wanderers

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, speaking to Match of the Day: “It was probably one of the worst performances we have had. We have to take a good look, find out why and prepare better.

“We were slightly better in second half but not enough; we were too far apart from each other. The team never felt together in both parts of the game – offensively and defensively.

“My job is easy: I have to find out why.

"We know that happiness doesn’t last forever but this is how you show your character, bouncing back from these moments.”

  6. 'We have turned a corner'

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Huddersfield Town

Everyone wants a slice of Philip Billing.

Huddersfield's impressive Danish midfielder is still working the post-match TV interview line.

He's just told Match of the Day that Huddersfield have turned a corner.

It's hard to argue against that after this.

  7. Out of sorts

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Wolves since 6 October:

    H v Watford 0-2 LOST

    A v Brighton 0-1 LOST

    H v Tottenham 2-3 LOST

Martin: I think Wolves have been found out. They've made Huddersfield look like Barcelona.

  9. Billing won't be at Huddersfield next season

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Pat Nevin

Former Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 live

It has been a good effort from Wolves but they were outclassed on and off the pitch.

Tactically, Huddersfield were brilliant to watch and they did not allow Wolves a second on the ball.

Philip Billing provided quality on the ball, Aaron Mooy was brilliant with his two goals, but I will say one thing about Billing - he won't be here next season, He is class!

  10. Close!

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

Graphic shows Raul Jimenez's effort did not cross the line

This graphic illustrates how agonisingly close Raul Jiminez came to equalising. Philip Billing managed to hook it clear with the ball 18mm from crossing the line!

    That's what you call close.

  11. Post update

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

It's no wins in five for Wolves. It's the manner of this defeat which will trouble boss Nuno Espírito Santo. His side have gained a reputation as an exciting, attacking team capable of tormenting the best Premier League defences.

This was a million miles from that.

  12. FULL-TIME

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Aaron Mooy celebrates

Massive win for one team. Alarm bells ringing for the other.

    Wolves players react at full-time
  13. SUBSTITUTIONS

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Triple Huddersfield substitution!

Danny Williams, Jon Gorenc Stankovic and Isaac Mbenza are sent on to see the game out.

    Three additional minutes.

Lots and lots of Wolves fans have already left the ground.

  15. Post update

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

More shots on target, more possession, more guts, more fight, more creative. A day to remember for Huddersfield.

Ken: Wolves will finish top 4, err.... they won't .

  17. Post update

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

Will Huddersfield be spending more time in Marbella?

They headed for Spain to train during the international break - and have come back a completely different team.

  18. Post update

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

Wolves have sent on Diogo Jota for Helder Costa but Huddersfield are coasting towards a second win in three games.

  19. Wall needed two more players

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

    Pat Nevin

Former Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 live

It is a great free-kick from Aaron Mooy and that should be enough to put the game beyond this Wolverhampton side.

In the end the goalkeeper has to make the wall so the ball can go round it, and for me the wall possibly needs a another two players in it.

    Aaron Mooy free kick
  20. Post update

    Wolves 0-2 Huddersfield

This has been a dreadful day for Wolves.

They've done well against some of the Premier League's heavyweights but they have been second best by some distance against the bottom club.

    Nuno Espirito Santo
