    That Paul Pogba goal will settle a few nerves around Old Trafford.

    It is clear who the Manchester United fans are crediting with the situation given the ground reverberated to songs about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

    Providing the home side go on to win, Solskjaer will join Matt Busby, Dave Sexton and Jose Mourinho in the post War era as United managers who have won their first two top-flight league games.

    He evades two defenders, pulls the ball back for Ander Herrera and the chance looks to be gone, but in comes Paul Pogba to sweep home a finish low into the net.
