  1. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Joao Moutinho's low effort deflects off Dale Stephens and out for a corner.

Ryan Bennett thinks he is being impeded by Glenn Murray in the penalty area but Craig Pawson waves play on.

  2. Starting to get feisty

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

    Simon Stone

    BBC Sport at Molineux

A little bit of an edge is developing here, with a couple of borderline decisions going against Wolves, who are struggling to make their superiority count.

Still no shots on target and Brighton are encouraged enough to venture forward a little bit.

  3. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Dale Stephens goes in strongly on Ruben Neves but wins the ball.

The 29-year-old has already been booked, remember.

  4. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Great perseverance by Solly March to win a throw-in on the right-hand side.

Bruno swings a looping ball torwards the back stick, but Shane Duffy heads over.

The defender appears to have a problem now. Brighton have already lost Davy Propper to injury this afternoon.

  5. CLOSE!

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

That came out of absolutely nowhere!

Beram Kayal pulls the trigger from fully 30 yards. It's dipping and swerving but misses the target by a whisker.

    Oustanding effort by the midfielder.

  6. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Two opportunities in quick succession for Wolves.

Diogo Jota flicks Jonny's cross wide of Mat Ryan's goal, before Matt Doherty's header is cleared off the line.

On closer inspection Doherty's header might have been sneaking wide of the far post.

  7. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Safety first from Willy Boly, who prods the ball behind for Brighton's first corner of the afternoon.

Pascal Gross takes it but the home defence manage to clear to safety.

  8. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

No change to the pattern of play at the beginning of the second period.

Wolves quickly regain a stranglehold on possession, only for Conor Coady to fire a simply ball straight out of play.

  9. KICK-OFF

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

The hosts get us under way again at Molineux.

  10. 'Brighton have done their homework'

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

    Chris Waddle

Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Wolves, as we expected, dominated possession but Brighton have done their homework and have been good at the back.

Wolves need more creativity in the final third. A draw would be massive result for Brighton.

Brighton's game plan is 'we do not lose this football match today'. If they get a chance on a set piece or counter attack from a bit of brilliance from somebody, they'll take it.

  11. 525 minutes, no goals for Brighton

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

    Simon Stone

    BBC Sport at Molineux

Brighton have not scored since the final minute of normal time in their FA Cup quarter-final win at Millwall on 17 March.

So that's five and a half games, plus extra time, or 35 days without a goal for the Seagulls.

They haven't even come close to ending that run so far today.

  12. HALF-TIME

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

    Goalless at the break.

  13. HITS THE WOODWORK

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Ruben Neves' long-range shot takes a looping deflection into the path of Diogo Jota, who prods a half-volley towards goal from inside the area.

Mat Ryan is relieved to see the Portuguese's effort graze the top of the crossbar.

  14. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Two minutes to be added on at the end of the first half.

  15. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

    Chris Waddle

Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

Diogo Jota is the only player who's got that little bit of quality to go past anybody.

He picks it up, runs with it and runs a shot across goal but I don't think Mat Ryan would have been able to deal with it [if it was on target].

Wolves have offered very little in the attacking box and Brighton have got nothing going forward but have defended very well.

    Diogo Jota
  16. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

That's a little careless from Matt Doherty, who is dispossessed on the edge of his own area by Jose Izquierdo.

The Colombian tries to release Solly March but Willy Boly is well positioned to clear the danger.

  17. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brightin

Brighton enjoy a rare spell of possession but Gaetan Bong's long ball is cut out by Ryan Bennett.

I can't remember Glenn Murray touching the ball in this half.

  18. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

Less than 10 minutes to go until the interval.

Wolves are still pushing and probing in search of a breakthrough, but the visitors are standing firm.

  19. Pain in the neck

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

    Simon Stone

    BBC Sport at Molineux

I'm starting to get a pain in my neck because I am constantly turned to my left, where all the action is.

Brighton are just sat at the edge of their penalty area challenging Wolves to break them down.

So far, the hosts are not doing a very good job.

It's not pretty but Chris Hughton will be relatively pleased.

  20. Post update

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton

    Chris Waddle

Ex-England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's far too easy for Wolves. They're stroking the ball around with no pressure.

Morgan Gibbs-White's finding pockets where no one's near him.

Brighton have got to up the tempo and win the ball back more.
