SMS Message: Sean Longstaff to Man United and offload Pogba. Would buy Maguire but £90million seems steep. But he could turn losses to draws and draws to wins plus he does know where the back of the net is and would weig- in with 10 assorted goals. from Stephen Watson, Man United fan from Manchester

Ben Moore: As a Leicester fan, this is the perfect win-win situation. If United pay £90m, we can get someone like Dunk for about £30m. Sorted!

  8. Webster Brighton deal close

    Simon Stone

    BBC Sport

Brighton are close to completing a club-record £20m deal with Bristol City for central defender Adam Webster.

The 24-year-old joined the Robins from Ipswich in a deal worth up to £8m 12 months ago.

Webster was outstanding for City, who finished eighth in the Championship last season, including twice keeping out the Swansea side managed by Graham Potter, who has since replaced Chris Hughton at Brighton.

No deal has been agreed yet but Brighton are hopeful talks will reach a successful conclusion.

Brighton’s current club record transfer is the £17m they paid Dutch club AZ Alkmaar for Iranian winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh in 2018

  9. Webster's arrival at Brighton could spark 'domino effect'

    Leicester Mercury

Defender Adam Webster's imminent arrival at Brighton from Bristol City, could lead to Lewis Dunk moving to Leicester City.

With Dunk expected to be a starting centre-back for the Foxes, it could open the door for Manchester United to finally seal the deal for £90m-rated Harry Maguire.

Are you keeping up? Yes? good. No? read it again.

And if you're still struggling, the Leicester Mercury have broken it down for us.

  10. Get Involved - is Maguire worth £90m

#bbcfootball or text 81111 (UK only)

SMS Message: Maguire for £90m May seem excessive, but consider that Leicester would have to pay part of that fee to Hull, and would most likely spend at least £40m on a lower quality replacement, suddenly the fee appears much more justifiable. from Tom, London

SMS Message: £90 million sounds a lot but how many clean sheets and therefore points will Maguire help United get? If he was a striker no one would bat an eyelid at the price. A strong back 4 along with De Gea could be 20 points. from Ian, Limavady

  16. Get Involved - should Man United pay £90m for Maguire?

#bbcfootball or text 81111 (UK only)

SMS Message: Transfer fees mean nothing these days due to image rights. Utd should pay the £90m. They'll make that back easily in shirt sales alone from Chris, Fleet
    Chris, Fleet
SMS Message: I've seen several Man U fans complaining about the Maguire valuation. Most Leicester fans, including me, would agree he's not worth that much. But surely they have to accept that they set the market value when they paid £50 million for a teenage wing back with 30 premier league games under his belt. Compared to that, £90m for England's best centre-back and proven Premier League performer is a bargain! from Mike, Bristol
    Mike, Bristol
SMS Message: People moaning about Maguire's price forget that it's deliberately high because LCFC don't want to sell If Man Utd are desperate enough to pay the huge fee then fair play but like on football manager, you set a high price to try put people off. If the player also wants out then it's different but he's hardly smashing down the managers door. from Scott
