Still a couple of games going on in League One and League Two, but let's wrap things up shall we?

    What a night it's been...

    Reading 0-1 Bristol City

The Robins hold on as our final Championship fixture comes to an end.

Jamie Paterson's strike just after the hour mark is the difference and Bristol City are now in the play-off spots.

    Hull 1-2 Huddersfield

Steve Mounie's 95th-minute header wins it for Huddersfield! A game that had more 14 minutes of injury time following a head clash between Huddersfield duo Kamil Grabara and Christopher Schindler.

    Reading 0-1 Bristol City

Reading substitute Yakou Meite has just hit the post as the royals search for an equaliser!

Two minutes left in our 20:00 GMT kick-off.

    Wigan 2-1 Sheff Wed

Wigan survive eight minutes of injury time and grab a priceless three points!

Jamal Lowe's 92nd-minute goal proves the difference in a tight game.

  10. GOAL: Hull 1-2 Huddersfield

    Steve Mounie (90+6 mins)

Good cross in and Steve Mounie thunders a header home for Huddersfield - that's his bread and butter when he's in form.

Still eight more minutes of injury time to play though, so Hull have time.

    Brentford 0-1 Nott'm Forest

    Forest celebrate

Joe Lolley's 14th-minute strike is the difference at Griffin Park.

Brentford huffed and puffed but they couldn't find an equaliser.

Forest are up to third, two points off West Brom in second.

    Luton 3-2 Derby

    What a second half!

Jayden Bogle's own goal gives Luton a late winner just 90 seconds after Chris Martin had thought he'd rescued a point for the Rams.

Wayne Rooney may have got his first goal for Derby, but the captain looks very disappointed at full-time.

    Leeds 3-2 Millwall

What a comeback - and Leeds are top of the Championship!

After being 2-0 down at half-time, Leeds United have roared back thanks to goals from Patrick Bamford either side of a Pablo Hernandez strike.

What a second-half performance that was.

    Blackburn 2-1 QPR

All the goals in the first half at Ewood Park and Blackburn come away with three points.

    Cardiff 2-1 West Brom

West Bromwich Albion's slump continues with defeat at Cardiff City.

Lee Tomlin's free-kick settles it in the hosts' favour and Albion are off the top of the table.

    Lee Tomlin
  16. GOAL: Wigan 2-1 Sheff Wed

    Jamal Lowe (90+2 mins)

Jamal Lowe meets a flick-on from Joe Garner to flick a header backwards and over Wednesday keeper Cameron Dawson to send the DW Stadium wild.

  17. RED CARD - Max Lowe

    Luton 3-2 Derby

Derby left-back Max Lowe is unhappy with referee Andy Davies who decides his reaction deserves a red card.

    Not too long left now.

  18. Post update

    Hull 1-1 Huddersfield

There will be 14 minutes of injury time!

    Yes one, four. Fourteen.
