  1. Good night

    That's all for tonight folks.

We'll be back with more Scottish Premiership action over the weekend, with four games on Saturday.

Rangers take on Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday at noon, while Celtic are at home to Motherwell later on the same day.

  2. Postecoglou looks forward to Conference League

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou is not remotely sniffy about the prospect of dropping into the Conference League.

"It's a European competition and a chance to test ourselves against some good teams," he says at the end of his media conference.

"We've learned and developed from this and will be great to be playing again next year."

  3. 'Urhoghide looks a great prospect'

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

    Tom English

BBC Scotland's chief sports writer on Sportsound

Quote Message: Brilliant victory for Celtic. Nine players under 20 tonight which augurs well for Celtic. I'm intrigued to see how Urhoghide gets on, he looks a great prospect.
  4. Who will Celtic face next in Europe?

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Celtic go on to face one of eight groups runners-up in the Conference League for a place in the last 16 of that competition.

The draw is on Monday, with the ties in February.

Tottenham are among the possible opponents.

  5. 'We don't have the squad to cope' - Postecoglou

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou tells BT Sport: "Credit to the lads. We had to fight hard at times, I'm pleased for the players because they got the reward for their effort."

On his side's injury issues, he adds: "We'd have preferred to given Kyogo less time tonight, but with Albian [Ajeti] also picking up a hamstring injury we're going through a bit of a rough chop that never seems to end.

"The amount of games we're playing is ridiculous, we don't have the squad to cope with it."

  6. Kyogo injury 'not good'

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Look away now Celtic fans, your manager Ange Postecoglou has just said Kyogo's injury is "not good".

We'll have more from the boss in a moment or two.

  7. 'Best feeling in the world' - Henderson on first goal

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Ewan Henderson says his goal tonight was "the best feeling in the world".

"I was so happy," he tells BT Sport. "For Mikey [Johnston] to set me up as well, I came through the academy with him.

"Since I've come into the first team squad I've wanted my first goal. We love attacking, all the boys are loving the way we are playing.

"All the boys have been working so hard and the standard in training is so high. Hopefully I can play many more games."

  8. Six touches, one goal

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Celtic substitute Ewan Henderson made just six touches after coming on the 71st minute - fewer than anyone else on the pitch.

Remarkably, one of those touches - the one you can see at the top of the graphic - resulted in a goal!

His first goal for the club too.

  9. Kyogo concern for Celtic

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

There was, of course, one gloomy note for the hosts with striker Kyogo going off with what looked like a hamstring injury. He had replaced Albian Ajeti, who was forced off with a similar problem in the first half.

Celtic have already lost winger Jota for the League Cup final, while Anthony Ralston is in the treatment room too.

  10. 'Strength in depth for Celtic'

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

    Pat Bonner

Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

Quote Message: These guys have shown they are really good squad players. Ange Postecoglou has had problems with injuries and we were wondering if he has the strength in depth that he needs. I think these young lads have shown he does.
  11. Goals, goals, goals

    FT: Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

There were 28 goals in the six group games Celtic played.

    Value for money.

That late collapse away to Bayern Leverkusen will sting, while they were 2-0 up away to Betis on matchday one before losing 4-3.

  12. FULL-TIME Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Phew! Celtic pick up a third group win in yet another high-scoring thriller.

They drop into the Conference League now after finishing third in the group behind Betis and Bayer Leverkusen.

It was a rip-roaring game despite it being a dead rubber, with chances galore.

  13. Post update

    Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Celtic have a three against one break but Mikey Johnston's pass to Ewan Henderson is terrible and the lone defender is able to intercept.

  14. HITS THE WOODWORK

    Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Incredible! Old Joaquín swings in two great crosses in quick succession. The second is met by Martin Montaya, who heads the ball into the turf and it spins up against the crossbar and out. Then Nir Bitton pops up to head clear a follow-up volley.

  15. Post update

    Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

The home side are hanging on a bit now, sitting deep as Real Betis probe for an opening.

  16. 'How is he forty?'

    Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

    James McFadden

Former Scotland forward on BBC Scotland's Sportscene

Quote Message: How on Earth in Joaquin 40? He is two years older than me and I retired four years ago! Unbelievable fitness from the Spaniard.
  17. Nine minutes added on

    Celtic 3-2 Real Betis

Into a hefty chunk of stoppage time we go after that long break for the nasty clash of heads.
