Meet Hannah Westerman , a rhythmic gymnastic champion who has a visual impairment and learning difficulties.
We made this film with her and her award-winning coach Kay Salter at Falcon Spartak gymnastics club in Sidcup, just before she won five gold medals at the 2013 Special Olympics.
Hannah now studies drama and dance at Bromley College, continuing to show her disability is no barrier to success.
