    Chelsea Pitman, who has been formidable at WA for England, loops the ball in to Jo Harten who scores to level.

    The England defence try and stop Maria Tutaia from scoring, but she succeeds from distance.

    The two sides exchange goals again. This is going down to the wire.

    New Zealand stay one ahead, with Bailey Mes maintaining her 100% shooting record.

    Only 15 minutes left to play...and New Zealand are ahead by ONE goal.

    Kayla Cullen, fresh from her umpire's warning, has an injury issue so Jane Watson comes on in the wing defence role for New Zealand.

    England shooter Jo Harten finds herself flat on her back again. It looks like she's rolled her ankle, but she's able to continue, the trooper.

    Two minutes left to play in the third quarter.

    The ball is flying all over the England circle and Jo Harten, who's up to 90% on shooting, finds herself planted on the floor. She recovers to sink another for the Red Roses.

    At the other end, Maria Tutaia misses, but Ama Agbeze is pulled up for an infringement at the rebound. She looks frustrated with that.

    England attack and Silver Ferns wing defence Kayla Cullen gets an official warning for repeated fouling on the edge of the circle.

    Helen Housby has the chance to bring up 40 points for England but she fails to convert. New Zealand turn over and score. We're level!

    Bailey Mes gets a ball smack in the face as it bounces off the post following a loose Maria Tutaia pass.

    That's definitely the worst feeling on court, especially when you're playing outside on a stinging cold English evening in January.

    Stacey Francis continues to dominate at WD for England and is really making New Zealand work in attack.

    Tutaia lands another goal but Jo Harten responds at the other end. England are two ahead.

    England look like they've settled but then a foot fault by Serena Guthrie hands New Zealand possession.

    Ama Agbeze tries to stop the goal threat, but eventually the Silver Ferns break through.

    One goal in it now.

    And then they get turnover ball after a Helen Housby error. Maria Tutaia scores, and Bailey Mes makes it three in a row within a minute.
