Quote Message: The game is over from on BBC TWO Northern Ireland
    on BBC TWO Northern Ireland

Derry's first-half horror show comes to an end. Tyrone in total control as they respond to a Karl McKaigue point as Peter Harte nets after playing a delightful one-two with Sean Cavanagh. It's far too easy for the Red Hands as they lead by 11 at the break.

  6. Derry heads starting to drop

A bad wide by Mark Lynch sums up an awful spell for Derry. Oak Leaf heads appear to be dropping. Damian Barton introduces Ryan Bell for full-forward Emmett McGuckin even though half-time is looming.

  7. Tyrone lead by nine

    Derry 0-5 2-8 Tyrone

This is starting to look very serious for Derry after two Conor McAliskey points are followed by another Darren McCurry score in a 90-second period.

  8. Derry look in trouble

    Derry 0-5 2-5 Tyrone

A completely unmarked Mattie Donnelly slots over another Tyrone point. Six in it now. The Oak Leafers look in a spot of bother.

Quote Message: Tyrone's two goals were well taken and could prove to be the difference. It looks like Tyrone just have that wee bit more firepower. from On Radio Ulster
    On Radio Ulster

    Derry 0-5 2-4 Tyrone

After regrouping so well from the early goal, Derry are stunned again as O'Neill hammers in his second goal after Sean Cavanagh grabs another high ball into the Oak Leaf defence.

  12. Injured Bradley off for Tyrone

    Derry 0-5 1-4 Tyrone

Ronan O'Neill doubles Tyrone's lead with a free but the Red Hands have lost injured Mark Bradley with Darren McCurry drafted on. The rain now pouring down at Celtic Park.

  13. Scores flying over at Celtic Park

    Derry 0-5 1-3 Tyrone

Having trouble keeping up with the scores here at Celtic Park. Sean Cavanagh adds a Tyrone point immediately after the goal and after Danny Heavron and Cathal McShane swap scores, Ronan O'Neill and Mark Lynch fire over further scores at either end before Kielt strokes over two more points. Incredible burst of scores in the wet conditions. For good measure, there has also been a dust-up on the sideline which included Lynch losing his shirt.

  14. Tyrone goal

    Derry 0-1 1-0 Tyrone

Derry's defence is marked absent as Ronan O'Neill strokes into an empty net after Brendan Rogers loses possession on his own 45-metre line. Rogers was pick-pocketed by Colm Cavanagh and Mark Bradley's pass helps set up the goal.

  15. Kielt kicks Derry into the lead

    Derry 0-1 0-0 Tyrone

James Kielt kicks Derry into the lead with a free from 35 metres.

  20. Wet conditions makes game a lottery - Barton

The afternoon's showers will make for a greasy ball at Celtic Park and Damian Barton says the conditions will make the game "a lottery".

"The first touch is going to be essential. It's going to be all about the middle third of the field and getting your runners moving through there," says the Derry boss.

Indulging in a few late mind games, Barton adds that the Red Hands have been "hyped" by the media. What were we saying earlier about Barton's Tyrone history?
