The 2017-18 Premiership campaign came down to today and Saracens blew Exeter away to win their fourth title at Twickenham.

Thanks for your company, and we'll do it all again next season.

  7. 'That was our best final'

    FT: Exeter 10-27 Saracens

Quote Message: That was our best performance in a final because of the opposition. The first 30 minutes we didn't touch the ball and our defence was incredible. We kept them away from our 22 and it was a huge effort from everybody. from Mark McCall Saracens director of rugby told BT Sport

  10. 'Saracens simply too good'

    FT: Exeter 10-27 Saracens

    Matt Dawson

Former Lions and England scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 live

Saracens have some world class players and today they have turned up, they have been efficient and precise.

I don't care how Exeter could have played today but if Saracens are going to play like then I can't see anyone beating them in the league, they were simply too good.

They have such consistancy on and off the pitch, they have a great academy with good English players and their fans are consistent too.

All in all they thoroughly deserve the run they are on.

Exeter may have started strongly but it's all about how you finish.

Four tries to one tells the story - Saracens are worthy Premiership champions.

It's their fourth title, preventing Exeter from gaining back-to-back titles.

  15. Try (Earle, con Spencer)

Sarries deep inside the Exeter 22 and taking their time.

Their handling is spot on as always and Nathan Earle gets the try to seal the Premiership title.

Mark McCall jumps for joy - he can start celebrating now.

Ben Spencer is off target with the conversion, but it won't matter.

    Mako Vunipola of Saracens breaks

Saracens take off the quite excellent Mako Vunipola, who has blood over his jersey and looks ready for bed.

Owen Farrell is watching on nervously from the bench as his team-mates prepare for a scrum.

Exeter need two scores to change the result of this match, and I'm not sure they have it in them.

Owen Farrell of Saracens is replaced

Owen Farrell walks off with a little shake of his head and sits straight down on the bench. Looks a tactical change rather than an injury.
